Will not take the coupons that come in the mail

Posting here because corporate was contacted on March 6th 2025. As of May 2nd 2025 no response.
So we showed up at 6:15; no meatballs! Then they said they don't accept that coupon after our subs were made, citing corporate rules. They offered a $31.99 deal instead, so we ended up with three subs and an extra $14. We have used your coupons before with no problem. To respect your employees' loss, we paid the extra $14.00. I don't see how you can choose which coupons to use when they are advertised. Even the fine print on the coupon states no such exception. It's one way or the other: you accept all coupons or none. I don't see how you can pick and choose from the same flyer. And if this is your policy, post it before the customer orders so we could have left and gone elsewhere, because that is what we would have done. I think it's simple: change the coupon before the next mailing. Then you won't have this problem with your customers. And the steak and cheese sub meat was awful this time—like pure mush. I find it interesting that we can no longer see the meat area. I know you are keeping it covered for cooling reasons, but now, as a customer, we cannot see the freshness of the meats we are choosing. And it showed in the taste and texture that something was wrong. This store has had good employees, but things have happened, and it's frustrating. I mean, I can't believe months ago they had to work with no A/C for weeks. It was miserable every time we went in there. That's no way to treat your employees. It's been a while since we've been back, and here we are, dissatisfied again. Now, let's talk about Loudon, TN; that store rocks and is on point! Whoever is running that store needs a raise! I feel sorry for the Harriman store; it needs help!

Places my order through door dash , wouldn’t let me add my coupon so I call the store explain the matter. Was told to place the order and call back to give us the coupon , so I did just that. Called THEN WAS TOLD OH WE DONT DO THAT COUPON ANYMORE. then why didn’t you say that on the phone before I placed my order. Not to mention I’m missing my cookie 🤬🤬

Owner not honoring any coupons claiming they don't cover costs. $40 for 3 sandwiches of basic meats, nothing is costing them that much. Not worth the price for the amount of food or the quality.

I have avoided ordering from Subway for about 2 years because some locations have really ran-down . Most locations have ONE maybe two employees to do everything at minimum wages which is absurdity.
I 💯 was extremely surprised with this location. Oh my goodness THE sweetest young lady brought my sandwich to the car because the app was not letting me know my order was ready. The sandwich clean wrapped tapping on perfect. Such a nice paper bag not flimsy plastic . Adequate napkins
And the sandwich om my goodness delicious!! I got exactly what I paid for, what I wanted . And compared to other Subways they are cheating /skimping on what they put on sandwiches. Not here I actually think they give perfect amounts of everything.

Had a problem with the one in Rockwood. So I left there and went to the one by Kroger's. Lot cleaner,fresher food and good service. Friendly employees. 😎🤠👱🧔

Ryan was amazing it was nice to see someone willing to interact with his guests and not just be a face of a sandwich artist on the other side of the counter. He made us feel welcomed and appreciated, most counter people do not do this you feel like your bothering the worker upon arrival. He greeted us as soon as we walked in the door and it was a pleasant experience from start to finish. Thank you Ryan for a . wonderful made to perfection meal and your amazing personality it was very refreshing.

This location charges extra to dine in on your receipt even tho I went thru the drive thru and they automatically charge themselves a tip off your card . I looked at my receipt cause the total didn’t make sense and that’s what I seen . Along with very slow service every time I’ve came to this location.

Honestly there’s two girls at this location that absolutely kill it. I love them. I believe the two Hispanic girls, I am so sorry I don’t know y’all’s names. Every single time I go there and they aren’t there the order is never right. I pay for extra meat and never get it /: I’m sorry I hate leaving negative reviews but this is the fifth time in the row and I’m wasting my money at this point. Hopefully it will be fixed.
