Ryan was amazing it was nice to see someone willing to interact with his guests and not just be a face of a sandwich artist on the other side of the counter. He made us feel welcomed and appreciated, most counter people do not do this you feel like your bothering the worker upon arrival. He greeted us as soon as we walked in the door and it was a pleasant experience from start to finish. Thank you Ryan for a . wonderful made to perfection meal and your amazing personality it was very refreshing.

This location charges extra to dine in on your receipt even tho I went thru the drive thru and they automatically charge themselves a tip off your card . I looked at my receipt cause the total didn’t make sense and that’s what I seen . Along with very slow service every time I’ve came to this location.

Honestly there’s two girls at this location that absolutely kill it. I love them. I believe the two Hispanic girls, I am so sorry I don’t know y’all’s names. Every single time I go there and they aren’t there the order is never right. I pay for extra meat and never get it /: I’m sorry I hate leaving negative reviews but this is the fifth time in the row and I’m wasting my money at this point. Hopefully it will be fixed.

Made another attempt at going here and sat at drive thru 10 mins, only one person in store and not even acknowledged. I don’t get it. If you can’t open the drive thru because short staffed at least put sign up. The last time though, 3 boys were in there hanging out and ignoring me laughing. I kept driving around giving looks like WTH. So I don’t believe the issue is short staffed or busy! It never appears that way! This place is insane!

Very disappointed in my service today. Two employees touched many surfaces, including handling money and touching the computer to ring up other guests, then touched our sandwiches with the same gloves. At one point, one employee left to use the restroom, without telling either coworkers, in the middle of making our sandwiches. Two people that came in after us paid before we ever got our sandwiches wrapped. Both employees used dirty knives on other guests sandwiches and ours.

I ordered my sandwich online. I go through the drive through to pick it up, as I normally do. We sat there for a good 5 minutes when I decided to just go in. I walk in expecting them to be busy, they were not. They were standing there talking. Got my sandwich and walked out, was never spoke to. Got back and was going to eat my sandwich, it doesn’t have anything on it that it is supposed to have.

Ordered online, they made the footlong subs in 10-15 mins. Just as asked for. Subway is getting more expensive though. Even with a campaign and one sub free it came to about 20 USD! I also don't like how we are asked to tip on the online system. This is pickup from a fast food joint, and already costing 20 bucks! Food was good though.

Kids behind the counter were in a hurry. We dined in and the floors look like they have never been mopped. Cleanliness was just awful. My husband and I just got up and left.
