Used to love tacobell but sadly they have taken a severely bad turn for me n mine. Did you ever notice or wait in line for a long time because the food was worth the wait? Not anymore! They try to force you to order online or at kiosk so employees dont have to wait on you. Saving tacohell millions i guess . Who knows who cares? I do! Every good food item tacohell comes up with ends up unavailable and this has been the norm for 40 years... so if you need a rating on tacobell then you must be new to this country because everyone now knows hao bad tacohell blows!!!

I don't know the names of the two people working nights, both guys, one worked Saturday night Nov. 1 can't remember the other guy but he has dreads. Some of the friendliest people I've ever interacted with. Always pleasant when they are on shift. Foods always hot.

h of it and continued on. Before I ordered, I had to use the restroom and realized that there’s no toilet paper. Fortunately, I carry a roll in the vehicle just in case and lovely wife brought it to me to make sure that things were kosher… problem solved. I continued with my orders using the self-checkout Kia stand waited my order while I was standing there I was approached by the manager, asked if I needed any assistance and I said “no I don’t need any help, but y’all need some help” I pulled up Wikipedia and showed him the correct spelling and in informed him that the men’s bathroom was out of toilet paper. She apologized and said take care of it, and I just assumed that would go in one ear and out the other, but not this one before I got my food. The toilet paper roll was being filled. I thought, Wow, that’s refreshing. Someone that cares about their customer. And as I was walking out with my order, I saw the gentleman fixing the spelling on the sign. Wow within minutes the complaint was addressed and resolved never in my 48 years. Have I ever seen such prompt attention and care for customers. So big thanks to all the team at the Taco Bell in Herriman, Tennessee and a special big. Thanks to Shane W. He gets it done!

Nothing is ever cooked properly here. The quesadillas always have unmelted ingredients in the middle and never have that “grilled” look or taste that you see at other Taco Bells. Thats basically all of the food here. Comes out luke warm and not grilled. I have lived in the area for 8 years and this Taco Bell has consistently been like this the entire time. You are better off driving to either the Rockwood or Kingston Taco Bell. This Taco Bell either has employees who don't care or equipment that doesn't function properly. My guess it is likely the franchisee refusing to replace malfunctioning equipment as this has been going on for years and Taco Bell surely has a high turnover rate.
If you are the franchisee reading this, buy a new grill or retrain or something. Your food shouldn't be coming out consistently cold and undercooked. Also why are the soft Tacos always wet on the outside? What is going on here
