Service was good. Food was old and over salted. Bathrooms were usable, but not great.

The food is really hot or miss, the service is the same as the food. You never know what you'll run into. I love Wendy's regularly but Harriman is a special case. Service depends who is clocked in and who isn't. The food also depends on who is and isn't on the clock. I've had good food and terrible food so it's a coin flip most times. It just lacks consistency.

Ordered extra sour cream: did not get any They either replaced the old fish sandwich they would sell during lent for a much cheaper one, or they gave me the smallest fish patty they could find and burnt the hell out of it. I mean look at that, it's thinner than my PINKY. Does any restaurant in this town actually care about the food they serve?
This Wendy’s is absolutely horrible never has anything in stock. Out of bacon, out of hamburgers, out of this or that… Not to mention most of the staff that works around the 11:30-12:00 time in the morning is rude. Go to oak ridge or lenoir city if you want Wendy’s.

I am local and stop by this Wendy's frequently. I absolutely did not appreciate the harsh condescending tone voice the woman used at the drive through speaker this morning. So much so that I drove off and went across the street to Mickey D's. Note to local manager ... train your people better in customer service skills and monitor them a little better.

Waited on order for over 29 minutes. Don't go to Wendy's on a Saturday morning. Drive thru was even backed up. This ship is ridiculous. I will post this on every social media sights.

Stoped for breakfast this morning. We love Wendy's but this one is not the one to stop at. While a conversation was going on behind the counter we waited and waited we finally ordered two sausage egg and cheese and one sausage biscuits, order was wrong when we opened in the car. I am not one to complain and maybe it's because of the weekend. We come through here every week and I hope it gets better.
