I order 3 tacos at every Mexican restaurant. One beef one chicken one carnitas. The carnitas or beef is usually my favorite. Here the carnitas was ok the steak was superb and the was the best I've had. I'll definitely go back amd try the other proteins. The steak quesadilla was good even though it was a little messy and fell apart while trying to eat it. The steak bowl was a lot of food but not as good as the other selections. Atmosphere got 3 stars because it was a little warm inside. Only saw one A/C vent up front and we sat in the back.

Stellar food! Tried the quesaberras tacos and the chips and guacamole. Both were excellent. Prices were quite reasonable.
Absolutely delicious. Everything was full of flavor and very fresh. Will definitely be back!

I go atleast once a week and get campechano tacos and you should to you wont regret it
To start the FOOD!!! If you're looking for authentic Mexican food in Roane county reasonably priced with housemade salsas housemade Agua Fresca daily cheesecake and real flavor look no further the only place that isn't mexican american once you try here all others pale in comparison I haven't been to any other mexican restraunt in roane county in 8 months and will continue
the service is fast exceptional and friendly and that's all you can ask for
The atmosphere is great only reason i 4 stars is because its unfortunate that it's a small building so it can get packed quite quickly but they are reasonably fast at getting food out even with a bunch of orders
All I can say is this place is a must try and if you haven't do you won't regret your decision will make you an addict of tacos

My family and I tried this place last night for the first time and we actually waited around town an hour just to eat there for them to reopen at 4:30 instead of going somewhere else because of the many good reviews and photos of the food looked good, plus I am a sucker for a salsa bar!! I honestly wasn't blown away and very likely won't be back simply because although I do appreciate restaurants trying to accommodate vegetarians, most just don't know how to do that. We are still hungry and do still want to eat food! I got the vegetarian bowl and the girl ringing us up was not the friendliest and when she asked me which beans I would like, pinto or black, I asked for both please. Especially since beans are a primary protein source for me, much like my meat and I truly do love both! I was told they could not do that for some strange reason and if I wanted both I would need to pay an upcharge. I didn't necessarily want a double portion although after getting my bowl that had almost no beans in it, I definitely would have paid for a double portion of beans! I just wanted half/half but they would not accommodate that. I have never had a place not happily do both black and pinto beans for me ever. I just don't think that most people know how to feed a vegetarian unfortunately. But I think it was over $10.99 for a small bowl of mostly rice and I left still hungry and had to go home and make myself a meal anyway. Which is odd because my son got a torta and it was ginormous!!! Like at least a foot long sandwich completely loaded with tons of meat and toppings and came with french fries too! For dang near the same price he got a huge meal absolutely loaded with beef which costs at least 10x the price of some beans. Rice also costs almost nothing. So, I guess I just don't see why vegetarians almost get penalized for not eating meat. My son was very satisfied with his meal and I could understand why. So, I guess if you are hungry, get a torta! Salsa bar was good, but I usually like pico de gallo and cilantro and things at a salsa bar, which they did not have. Not much salsa variety for those who don't like a lot of spice. I wish them well, but I just wasn't impressed at all unfortunately.
