Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I ordered a lemon pepper wings meal... I got a boneless wing meal. I didn't take it back inside because I'm not too picky. However, the boneless wings were 99 percent crispy breading and 1 percent chicken. The toast and fries were mediocre. Less than quality food at high prices. You mainly get bread and potatoes with a small amount of meat under your breading. It's just sad how much these places charge for so little now.

I did get a mess up in my order but all I had to do was call and they took care of it for me. Great service!!

It's usually a little bit of a wait when I pick up DD orders from there but it's usually worth it!

I ordered a meal that came with slaw and asked if I could pay for the meal but receive no slaw… I knew I wasn’t that hungry and so I didn’t want to just throw away the extra food I didn’t eat. But she said she would have to add more fries or toast if she took off the slaw. This seems a bit silly. So I just took the slaw anyways… then my order came out with no fork to eat the slaw with. What was the point of insisting I must receive ALL of the food required if you’re not going to even give me a way to eat it lol

I love the chicken wings

I came here two days in a row, both days the customer service sucked. Everyone is moping around and ignoring customers. We went thru the drive thru and they got our order totally wrong. Charged us for extra sauce but didn’t give it to us. Just a horrible experience all around.

The food is fair but like all of the others it is dirty. All of the workers look like homeless bums.

Tendons in every piece. The customer service and people are awesome the only thing is there is always chicken tenders in every piece of chicken which leave you fighting rubber in your mouth.

Yummy salads!

I will hand it to them I unknowingly ordered after they're cut off time. But this is the skimpiest salad I've ever received and they failed to give me my cookies or much less my receipt. I work fast food too so I understand the late night orders closer to closing can be discouraging but no matter the time or the person they are still a customer. And I am one who is not likely to return.

I just went through the drive thru and ordered 2 meals and an extra fry. They put a lid on a broken cup and it spilled all over me. Then they had me park in a spot and I waited 15-20 minutes and went back in with my receipt and my food was just sitting there. I asked for corporate phone # and they said they don't have anybody I can call. Management is horrible here. Nobody to hold them accountable. That means you'll lose 1 customer at a time until it closes. Oh well y'all deserve it! If you don't treat a business like a business you'll lose it! I'll take my money elsewhere.
