Cowboys Mexican Grill and Pizzeria

I placed an order online today, and it allowed me to do so… only to show up to a sign on the door that says they’re closed until tomorrow. It shows they’re open online. Lol.

Great tasting fresh hot straight from the kitchen good Mexican restaurant inside needs that Mexican theme but overall food is Great 👍

Our waiter was awesome. We were seated as soon as we walked in the door. We were immediately brought chips and delicious salsa. We enjoyed ordering from the lunch menu, so we didn't overeat. All our food was hot and tasty.

Haven’t gotten food yet. Was very impressed with the gentleman on the phone and his patience with me.

Stopped by to have a drink and a bite before bowling. The bar was closed, no liquor license, so there was only beer. Not even a wine cooler. When we asked for a few moments to look at the menu the server came back after 10 minutes. We gave him our order, he wrote nothing down and then another waiter came and asked us what we had ordered. I think there was a language barrier. The buffalo wings were soaked in tabasco sauce and I'm still feeling ill from it. No jukebox or radio, no music at all. I will not go back. And it is no longer Cowboys, it's now Bronco. The atmosphere is not conducive to a good time and the change is not for the better.

There was bugs crawling in the chips I was eating and I literally spit one out of my mouth that I didn’t realize was on the chip I had just put in my mouth. I walked out in disbelief and disgust and let my waiter know. I tried to call back to report to the manager and the lady hung up on me when I asked to speak to a manager. I tried to call back three different times only for them not to answer. I contacted the Claiborne County Health Department, but had to leave a voicemail about what just happened. I’m very, very, disappointed because we have been eating there weekly ever since they opened.

Stopped in for dinner. Staff seated us promptly. They brought us our drinks with chips and salsa immediately. Our food was very good. It came out hot and plentiful. We would eat here again.
