The food is really good but the service is lacking. We were the only car here and we waited over 10 minutes to get waited on. The fried cauliflower was awesome but wished they offered some dipping sauce to go with it!

Sweet kind folks, the cook brought out a menu, wait staff was super busy at the moment but got 2 us asap afterwards, maybe he knew we weren’t locals, awesome prices!!! quick service, wishing them much success, we love finding places similar 2 this on our travels, must try, we got a sampler plate, bologna sandwich, you could see the care they took in preparing all food, thanks!

The waitress was very rude and not to us . Some other people that came in there was talking to her and just cutting up with her and she got real rude to them and fussing about them to us and we didn't want to hear it. Cuz we thought so she was in the wrong. I love their food. I go back anytime long as I get a different waitress.

We just got thru eating here. First time as we live in Greeneville TN ! We loved it ! Best cheeseburger ever ! Crinkle cut fries were A+. Hot and crispy. I got an egg sandwich and it was also A+. Our adorable car hop was so nice and friendly ! We will be back. Worth the drive just to eat here !

I called to have a call in order and Betty “owner” answered the phone and was horrible to me and also hung up on me when I tried to order chicken and ice cream and I called right back to ask for her name she said I couldn’t have it and then proceeded to hang up on me again .. I went out there to speak with someone else and I did ( the waitress was so kind and understanding) and I found out it was Betty and I’m not the only one who had made a complaint!! Betty do better ! If you can’t treat customers with kindness and respect you don’t deserve to be there !!!!! I am so disappointed in this lady and I really felt so hurt to be treated this way when I am a usual there 2-3x a week !!!!

The fish dinner was not $12-good, it also took quite a long time for some reason. I didn’t really think it was very good at all. They’re just fish sticks. Slaw was a bit too saucy, crinkle fries weren’t crunchy. Overall did not like that dish. However, there are a ton of other options that might be worth trying.. get the curly fries.

Food is great! The young ladies who deliver the food at night are sweet and friendly. There is one lady who is extremely rude and impatient. She answers the phone hateful, talks hateful, and is just plain rude. Maybe she could just lighten up a bit and try not being so angry all the time.

Went when busy bought four hot dogs plain was supposed to be weiners and chili on got home was only weiners and bread charged for hot dogs 40 min wait and order was wrong called back cook argued that they were right and it was the way they were wrote no offer to fix issues or make it right almost 40.00$ order and was wrong last time we eat there usually twice a week not again
