I absolutely love this place the service is always great and the burgers are the best you’ll find in the area highly recommend you stop by and give this place a try it’s straight out of the 50s car hop era such a cool experience i prefer this place over the drive up place in tazewell

The best food around here in my opinion. They are always friendly. Just if busy and you have to park in back row they never take your order so you have to hurry and get 1st empty space upfront before someone else or they take new customers orders before yours. As for atmoshere, they dnt have inside eating so I always go to a park or take home.

Awful customer service.
Pulled in and both girls working made eye contact with me as I pulled in and then I sat there and watched as 5 vehicles pulled in AFTER me and watched them take each of those 5 vehicles orders ahead of mine. So I pulled out and left!! To have to wait on 5 other entire orders before mine, when I was already there BEFORE those 5, is ridiculous.

Lived here my whole life and I’ve tried to eat here approximately 5 or 6 times and I’ve never been successful. It’s a drive in and I’ve waited up to 35 minutes before leaving and going to Frosty Freeze in Tazewell. Still to this day I’ve never been successful at getting a car hop to come out.

Food use to be so good, but service is getting better. The wait is terrible. You call in an order and you still have to wait 45 mins after you get there to get your food. And make sure you get all that you ordered because every time I have been there they have left something out and still charged me and they will not give your money back for it and it's a hassle to get what you already paid for. And the management is not nice at all. They are always carrying an attitude and very short with you like they don't have time to deal with you.
