Gondolier Italian Restaurant & Pizza

Great food and fresh ingredients! The grilled chicken Caesar salad had very fresh lettuce and just the right amount of dressing. We also ordered the Zorba Special Combo where all the items were flavorful and cooked perfectly. We took an Oreo cake to go, and it was absolutely delicious. Definitely a spot we’d visit again!

Really good Italian style food. Nice dining area and friendly staff. Great place to take a date, or celebrate your anniversary or any occasion really. They're fettuccine Alfredo is good. But I recommend having them add mozzarella on top and bake it. That makes it amazing. Order chicken tenders with it rather than the grilled chicken and it's amazing. My fav dish! So delicious and if you feel like indulging a bit extra order a bowl of the Alfredo sauce and cover it with Parmesan cheese to dip the bread sticks and chicken tenders in and it becomes out of this world! Lol but be warned you'll have to hit the gym for a month after but it's so worth it. Real food for prices that aren't terrible. My fav spot by far!

We went to Gondolier’s in Harrogate tonight. We’ve always had a good experience at the one in Knoxville. The service was terrible. Our server took forever to bring us our breadsticks. Another employee came by to refill our drinks, because our server didn’t bother to check. She didn’t ask if we wanted an appetizer or cake. We had planned on getting both. We ended up asking if we could get some cake and what cake they had. She said we couldn’t eat it at the table, but we could go check out which ones they had and order some up there. We’ve always be able to order cake at the Knox location and eat cake at the table after the rest of our food. We ended up not getting any. Won’t be going back because of how terrible the server was. Not a good employee to have when business is losing money due lack of customer service.

Worst Italian food in the country. I recommend the kids chicken strips as this is probably the only thing they can cook correctly.
