Drove through Hardee’s around 1:30 pm today the person taking order was very polite with a great voice. We ordered two hand breaded chicken sandwiches with extra pickles and a cheeseburger. The chicken on the sandwich’s must have sat more than two hours at a minimum and were cold with a burnt taste the cheeseburger was ice cold I’m not sure if the heat lamp is broken or what and the chicken should be rotated every so often. Terrible meal definitely not worth the calories.

One of the worst experiences I've had in a restaurant. One Of the employees had there child there who was screaming, running around and jumping on the chairs and tables. The others employees laughed at this as he continued to go on. Multiple people including myself before orders were placed a couple left without there food. This location has had multiple issues but this is ridiculous, this will be last time not only in this location but the company that allows this to be unexceptable standard.

(Hardee's, Harrogate, TN) My latest dining experience was at a Hardee's restaurant. My husband and I were there early for breakfast and in a bit of a hurry too. We rushed ourselves to get there, eat, and go and leave there to be at work on time. The restaurant was really busy that early in the morning too. Both the drive-thru and the dine-in serving lines were moving steadily and smoothly, eventhough, it was kind of really busy. The traffic in the drive-thru wrapped all around the whole restaurant from one side to the other. I went inside to order our breakfast to maybe get in and out faster. I visited the restroom, got our breakfast order, paid for it, and then I was back out to the car to leave. I was in Hardee's a total of 8 mins., total. The employees at that particular Hardee's were very nice, courteous, clean, presented themselves very professionally well, and they were such a delight to deal with, while I was there. They all seemed to be smiling and in a great mood for working an early morning shift too. I remember thinking to myself at that time, I don't know if I could smile and be in a good mood like that or be that chipper and respectful to numerous customers ordering from me that early in the morning or not! Our order that morning was served hot and I was ready to eat it too. The great smells coming from that kitchen was overwhelming and wonderful. My order smelled delicious and it looked very presentable, not just thrown together very quickly, like other restaurants will do to your food sometimes. I rated this early morning restaurant experience at an overall 100%. Graded A++. I could tell that the restaurant itself and both of the restrooms had just been cleaned and smelled great, like a fresh lemon scent was flowing through the air from them both. Two thumbs up for these Hardees employees again, they did a wonderful job cleaning the whole restaurant. I would recommend this specific Hardees restaurant to everyone that wants a great fast food meal served quickly and not have to break the bank to get great service and delicious tasting fast food served to you, fairly priced, and very fast. You can even come inside and take a seat and relax your feet a bit by taking advantage of the dine-in option. Enjoy the day, whether you choose to dine-in or drive-thru, this specific Hardee's which is located inside Tennessee's beautiful scenic town of Harrogate. The variety of people that live and work there in the town of Harrogate are the friendliest, most down-to-Earth, and hard-working people that you'll ever meet. They are the best people to share a great dining experience with. You can bring your whole family any day or night of the week to Hardee's and enjoy a great meal all together there. Thank you Hardee's for the great customer service shown towards me, the delicious fast food I ate, and for our meals being fairly priced and so scrumptous!!

Says they close at 10pm, 9:20pm doors locked and 3 cars in drive through was completely ignored. Bad enough they're terrible for order accuracy but now you can't even get service 40 minutes before closing. Do yourself a favor and drive to another location because this one is pathetic.
