The food here is awesome, it's a little pricey but it is great I recommend picking up some of there homemade BBQ sauce. I can't really say anything bad except it will put a dent in your purse or wallet, but it's all fresh and prepared fresh so stop by and give them a try.

Staying in the area for a vacation and we had supper at Haymaker BBQ. The food was delicious!! My husband had the pulled pork and sweet potato fries. I had the smoked sausage, fries and cole slaw. The employees were very friendly and the restaurant is exceptionally clean. We highly recommend!!

I always stopped in while traveling through for work if it was anywhere close to lunchtime. Pulled pork dinner with two sides of beans and toast. Never had a bad meal. It’s been a couple years since I been through there now. I hope to visit again this year.

Had a hunch it was going to be bad when I was walking in and an employee was in front of me but didn’t hold the door open. Bbq pork sandwich came on a cold bun which in turn made the meat cold. The meat had no smoke flavor and looked like it was cooked in a crock pot. The sauces were way too sweet.

All the reviews we read before going made it seem amazing. The taste was decent and food was hot that is about the only thing they have going for them. Very VERY tough ribs and burnt okra . Pulled pork was okay and fries were cooked fresh. Staff was okay.

Was not happy and I know it's the employees job to tell you that everything is good but when I ordered the brisket burn ends and they came out as tough as the worst beef jerky I've ever had somebody needs the quality control this because for this reason there's only one thing saving my expensive dinner and that was the fried green tomatoes that was the highlight of the entire thing those were the best that I've had in a long time but the brisket I'll never order again. My wife got the looks like ground up chicken I guess it's supposed to be pulled chicken but it definitely looks like it went through a meat tenderizer or something she said it was pretty good but no brisket next time I think I'll return it that was not good.

You don't get your money's worth The 2 piece of catfish was very thin and small half as long as it was 3 years ago 1 piece was thicker than both of the price put together then what I got today last time I was there. The fries was ice cold mc and cheese looked like orange dip
The food was ok. BBQ sandwich came without sauce at all. The three sauce choices were sweet, spicy, and very spicy. The baked beans were way too spicy. Beware if you order hush puppies with your meal, you will not get a bun for your meat. The schreaded meat will be in a pile on your tray with no sauce.

First visit to this venue, and was surprised to find that it was more fast food cafeteria Style, rather then sit down fine dining. The staff was friendly, and patient as we assess the contents of the menu behind the counter. The food was generally good and hot, although we were disappointed with the hush puppies and the baked beans. The baked beans were excessively spicy, and the hush puppies were rock hard. They do have a lovely outdoor seating area, which many were taking advantage of. May try a return visit at lunch time to see if the results are the same. Check it out for yourself and see what you think!

Service was excellent. The workers were very friendly. The actual food was surprisingly bad. The brisket was incredibly dry and had no flavor. The ‘extra hot’ barbecue sauce had no spiciness. My six year old who can’t tolerate heat even noted how sweet and sugary the “hot” barbecue sauce was. The Mac and cheese tasted like Wawa gas station mac. Even the French fries were poorly cooked. Overall, very disappointing. You’re better off with a frozen meal.
