My go to place for protein bowls! Way better than competitor sandwich shops in the area. The price is My only complaint but the food is very good quality so I guess you get what you pay for.. I'm just more broke than I would like to admit I guess lol

I nice local sub shop with a few more options with ingredients and the poor single employee was very helpful even though she was alone and behind on orders.

I ordered DoorDash from this place and it was a tragedy. I ordered two teriyaki chicken subs one of which had mushrooms on it and the other just had onions. They didn’t mark my sandwiches and, one of the buns was falling apart. I would’ve had a better shot at eating it with a fork out of a bowl which defeats the whole point of a sub. The onions were like teriyaki worms honestly and it’s just not the same quality of food the normally comes from this place and it was a huge letdown. Normally I love the food it’s messy but freaking amazing but I will never order from this place again I paid almost 50$ to have it DoorDashed and it’s was DOOKIE! I’m very disappointed

So the only reason I’m giving four stars is due to the food being very expensive for a Cuban sandwich! I paid almost 20 bucks for the meal. Great food but not for fast food.

I had an amazing experience at Jon Smith Subs, TN! I ordered the Boom Tuna Salad, and although it came with ham (which I don't eat), the staff was incredibly understanding and accommodating. They kindly remade my order without hesitation and didn't charge extra. The new order was delicious, and the tuna salad was fantastic! Huge props to the team for their excellent customer service and flexibility. I'll definitely be back!

I accidentally ordered the wrong sandwich, and when I tried to reorder and pay for the second one, the manager refused and said it was on the house. The staff here has always been exceptionally kind and that day was another example of it. Food is always amazing as well.

Recently tried this place out. Lady at the front is very kind. Food is ahhhmaaaazzziiinnngggg. I love the italian cold and the steak bomb. Ive went 3 times in one week. Each time had phenomenal service and food. It is my new fav. Thank you all for working so hard to set a homey environment and make great food.
