Visiting from out of town and stopped here for some lunch , got a plate that included their breaded meat loaf , Mac and cheese , and mashed potatoes.The Mac and cheese surprised me a bit because it was sweet oppose to your regular cheeses taste , however it’s a great place to stop and try a different flavor of comfort food. Staff is very friendly

Old school meat and 3 lunch spot, home cooking at its finest! Daily rotating lunch specials and don't wait till the last minute to go because they could be sold out! Their meatloaf is by far my favorite. If I see it's the daily special chances are pretty high, that's where I'm going for lunch.

I enjoyed stopping at this meat and three on my way to the cumberland river. We were greeted by some really nice folks behind the counter and were served some great home cooked food. We came pretty close to their closing time and were served excellent fresh sweet tea as well!

I've tried it twice, both times it was pretty bad, the first time we got there around 115 and it was close to closing time so I gave them the benefit of the doubt, the second time it was at 1215 and it was about the same. The cornbread was dry and hard the macaroni and cheese was undercooked and tasted like someone mistaken sugar for salt, the coleslaw was ok, the salmon was dry and overcooked. I believe we're done here.
