Absolutely the worst customer service ! Drive through didn’t hear half of my order (second time this week) and at the front counter, when I went to speak to the manager,she spoke in such a very loud, abrasive manner and tone that I just left. Terrible atmosphere, terrible service. I will definitely not be back!!

It’s amazing that McDonalds has been around for so long, and yet is such an abysmal place to eat. The floors are so slick after they clean them on a rainy day, it’s downright dangerous. How are they not being sued left and right for that? Bathrooms are dirty, and they don’t have paper towels for your hands cause they’re too cheap. Lemonade was beyond sweet. No problem; I’ll add some water. But you can’t, cause they took water off the soda machines. Iced coffee could use a little extra sugar, but you have to ask for it. It’s all such a belabored experience. Burger had almost no sauce or pickles and is genuinely kid-size. The fries have become embarrassing. Go home and make some basic fries, then compare to what passes for “fries” at a McDonalds. They seem to have engineered them to look, taste, and feel like they’re reheated from two days ago. What is this garbage? It’s embarrassing this is what our nation is in large part known for around the world. I’m only here because I had time to kill while waiting on my tires to be swapped, but it was an excellent reminder of why I haven’t been to a McDonalds in a couple of years. It’s only getting worse when you thought they’d already hit bottom. The difference between a modern McDonalds and a Chick-fil-a is absolutely astonishing.

Doesn’t update the app for their location when machines are down. Allows your order to go through, regardless of that fact without informing you while you still have time to cancel. Then they give you product that is missing what you’ve ordered and paid extra for. This seems to be an ongoing issue at numerous locations around middle Tennessee.

My family, I went into the bathroom, the bathroom stall was with people so we waited, that wasn’t a problem as we waited some male worker came in he did told us he was sorry, however, there was female worker in the another stall she came out to “washed her hands” I'm sure she didn’t even put soap on her hands, she had them in the water for like a second and walked out.

I don't know if this place is under nee management or what, but ot SUCKS!!!! I have ordered sausage mcgriddles for two days in a row and they are COLD!!! Seriously, COLD!!!! How hard is it to serve warm food. Not to mention you can from the hashbrown the oul hasn't been changed in a month or better!! Three the crap away both days. NOT GOING BACK!!!!

I was in a hurry and wanted something to eat. So what can I say mcdonald's is mcdonald's. You can get a nice lunch at the longhorn cheaper than you can get a mcdonald's meal! The prices are absolutely ridiculous for what you get!

I know it's a McDonald's, close to the highway, and around 4th of July within 30min of serving lunch over breakfast but, this place was a match short of a dumpster fire. Staff were yelling to and at each other- pure chaos.

I came in it was pretty much empty, we stood at the register for a solid 10 minutes while most of the employees were talking and just looking at us until one girl finally came and took our order. I ordered extra sauce for me and the kids and they charged me extra for it and when I got home not a single sauce was in the bags or the happy meals. One of the happy meals had no fries at all. Will be complaining to corporate. This is a sad level of incompetence
