First time trying Plain Jane's Italian Cuisine! Very nice people and really great food!

Delicious pizza!!!! Must try!!

Walked in, waited 8 minutes with no one else in line just to be talked to like a dog. Was handed a receipt with a 25% tip recommended for nothing. Paid a cashier and had to serve myself. Still haven't figured out what the tip was for. Food is a frozen entrée that was heated in a microwave or at least that's how it looked and tasted. Won't be back.

We ordered pizza here for the first time. I have to be honest, when I went to pick up my order, I was a little concerned to see that teenagers seemed to be running the place. However, they were very friendly and our pizzas were really good.

I got spaghetti, a calzone, and tiramisu. The food was excellent and the staff are SUPER nice. If I could I would give them 10 stars but they limit it to 5 :)

I’ve ate here quite a few times, everytime ordering something different and I absolutely love everything I’ve tried so far. Wings will be next and it will be the true test for me as I’m so picky with my wings! Love this place so far!

When you go to a restaurant for the first time you have low expectations.. Your happy if the food is the way you order it.... Upon arriving to the establishment I walked up to the order window and stood there for around 10-15 minutes before even being acknowledged (the gentleman was busy at the drive thru) and then a lady finally came to the window and took our order... I ordered a meal and requested certain items not be included...My family and I sat down and I watched two other families come in also...Now the problems come...the two families after us got there food 5-10 before us and it took almost 20 minutes for us to get ours and the my meal was fully loaded with the items I didn't want included. The whole time the drive through was steadily busy and obviously they have/had a higher priority than individuals in the store...overall I wasted three hours (one driving there, the waste of time finally getting the order and the hour driving home... I went here based upon reviews yet again I believe they are skewed... I will never return.. I suggest if you want to stop there don't go in... Drive thru is their priority not people in front of them. As for the food my girls got they said it was not the best not the worst they had... I returned my meal and didn't get it replaced....

I've had the meat lovers pizza, spaghetti, baked ziti , and all the versions of garlic bread and sticks. My absolute favorite is the chicken Alfredo, OMG it's my favorite, so tasty.

The wings were nice and crispy but still moist. Philly cheese steak was good but needed the correct cheese. The roll was great though and meat and vegs tasty.

Seems like a small family run restaurant that just needs a system in the kitchen fully worked out. Ordered a salad and a 12in cheese pizza for takeout. The cashier took payment and a name, then told us we'd be called when ready. 45 mins later, a nice lady (the owner I believe) asked if we had received our food when she noticed us waiting. We hadn't, so she went to the window to see if the order was completed. Unfortunately the order had been sitting, ready for us, but we weren't notified. The pizza we received was slightly above room temperature and the salad had been warmed by the pizza underneath. Both of them seemed to be good quality food, just had sat for ~30 mins. Not sure what exactly happened to cause our wait, but we won't do takeout again. We might try via dine in or the drive through in the future

We love this family owned little piece of pizza heaven in Hartsville! The Mom and Dad run this place very well. You can tell the dough is handmade, and the food is always excellent. The service and friendliness of the staff is top notch, and you feel right at home. You have to take a dessert home to eat later. If you haven't been here, then you are missing out.
