I go to Hartsville Subway at least twice a week, I walk in and get my food to go. I can’t understand why people give it a bad review, my sandwich is always fresh and made to my order. Guess some people just want to complain about something…

I want to say I enjoyed my salad, but except a salad is what I did NOT get! The girl that works there Ella *something* and another girl helped my husband with his to go order. He ordered my salad and the other girl asked what else, so 2 of them were helping. So he didn't get to see what was happening. He gets home and there is NO Lettuce in a salad!!! I called and Ella *whatever it is* answered, I said my husband was just there and ordered a salad, but I didn't get the salad part. She said she made it in front of him and he didn't say anything, very condescending. I said it's a salad, it needs Lettuce. She told me it was build your own. But she left out the part that he didn't get to actually see it being made because the other girl was helping with the sandwiches! The lack of acknowledgement, that she missed the key ingredient in a salad is horrible. And if it wasn't clear what a salad entailed she could have asked. I mean, she clearly didn't have a problem speaking over the phone. Please employ better!

A comment was made by someone that eats regularly at Hartsville Subway, or did. The customer said in an extremely rude and disrespectful comment regarding an elderly lady that apparently wasn't moving fast enough for YOU. That lady, pretty certain, has earned the right to move as best she can. And in case you missed it due to being so distraught by her age, she was WORKING, repeat WORKING, and fixing food for you to eat. You could learn alot from that lady. THINK BEFORE YOUR MOUTH LET'S THE WORLD KNOW HOW IGNORANT, SELFISH, AND A GRADE A LITTLE JERK YOU TRULY ARE, UNLESS YOU WAKE UP AND WISE UP, something for YOU to think about 🙏

I would love to share that I even got a meal but that wasn’t the case. Waited patiently for the two women behind the counter to finish up some sandwiches that obviously were ordered on the app. No problem ! Until she just kept making sandwiches for people who weren’t present, and I’m guessing 6 plus sandwiches. So if you actually want food. It was made obvious today that any order over the app is priority vs the customer at the counter. I walked out with nothing and they didn’t blink an eye.

Ordered two chicken bacon ranch subs toasted for the cheesy steak. Sub toasted and ordered a turkey and ham toasted. I got them home on all of them. Ice cold. Never had been in a toaster when I called. The lady said that they don't toast them very much when they're to go water so that won't be hard. So how do you get them in your brads completely soft and their chickens? Ice cold. Never again. Took the app off my phone
06/28/2024 I don’t remember the name but she was blonde headed, I asked her to double toast my sandwich and she didn’t. My sandwich meat was cold, I could not enjoy my meal! Next time listen to the customer when they ask nicely to double toast because I was not pleased with what I had. She didn’t seem too friendly even though it was the end of the night I understand but still would be nice to see a smile ???

There was half a bottle of mustard on my sandwich!! Why???!! How hard is it to make a good sandwich? The subway by brothers is the BEST when AL makes your sandwich. Hartsville subway needs some serious re-training
I always order the same sandwich when eating here. Toasted Chicken Bacon Ranch with no cheese & black olives. Every single time I have ordered from there it's messed up. Last time it was not toasted, no bacon, extra cheese, & no ranch. This time it was not toasted, 1 super small piece of bacon, & no ranch again. I just wouldn't waste my money unless you plan on watching them make your sandwich.

Hartsville Subway is falsely advertising the breakfast sandwich. I ordered 3 this morning thru doordash and when the dasher got there they told her they didn't carry eggs in that store. If you don't carry eggs in that store why are you advertising a breakfast sandwich on your online menu ????
