4 times now I’ve ordered a jumbo hamburger with just ketchup and mustard and a large fry and 4 times now it’s been wrong. 3 times they tried giving me a cheeseburger. One of those times they gave me a cheeseburger, I told them what was wrong, and then the next was with mayonnaise and pickles. I don’t understand what the issue is, but they can’t get an order correct. Mcdonald’s doesn’t mess up this much. Ridiculous. I’m all for supporting local but come on. I don’t have a 5th chance in me.

I'm so irritated. I ordered ahead on my lunch break and go in to pick up my order and the cashier is trying to figure out my order. I tell her what I ordered and she proceeds to tell me what I was rung up for which isn't correct. She then tells me well it's already been made. Okay and that's not what I ordered. She calls the manager/owner over and he has the audacity to tell me what I ordered. Absolutely not! I know what I order as I order the same thing from here each time. He walks away and then proceeds to say well we will have to cook it so it’ll be a minute as if I'm an inconvenience. I politely tell them not to worry about it and leave! Why would I spend my money with such a place? Terrible customer service!

Great burgers, only one range, so food can be slow in coming, but it was worth the wait. Family enjoyed it, and my wife devoured it.

I went to this place because my husband had told me about it when he went out to see our kids in college at Freed-Hardeman University. Lord and behold I ate a burger there and it was one of the best burgers I ever had. It reminds me of burgers that I used to eat when I was pregnant with my son. It brought back so many memories. It’s good it’s juicy. It’s it’s seasoned. It’s just a really good burger after all, the thing I say about this is that if you order one burger, you’re gonna want another one…. Update: May 11th I went back, and one of the staff noticed me and stated welcome back! That was so nice ?! And guess what, they still didn’t disappoint, and this time as I stated in my previous comment. This time I got my burgers to go. I ordered two burger, made one a combo. I’m so blessed to have had the pleasure to taste a good down home burger! I wish they had one in Houston Texas or I could’ve put them in my pocket and brought them with me! They would definitely know me by my first name. It was honestly sad on my part cause I really didn’t want to leave them. But I had too! P.S I only took this one picture out of all the burgers I ate during my stay! Hope this encourages you to stop by and try their burgers if your in town, or just passing through!
