Ordered over the phone 20 minutes before I got there, asked about forms of payment and they hung up on me. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch sandwich and a catfish dinner plate. I get there and they tell me they cancelled the sandwich because they don’t have sub bread… I ORDERED OVER THE PHONE so this wasn’t discussed. They ended up putting a piece of chicken and bacon on a cold bun and sending it home with me. Ordered fries and they were old and cold. Fish was extremely fishy. No tartar sauce or any sauce. The girl was new, which was fine because at least she was friendly, but the others working there weren’t friendly or willing to train her. They rolled their eyes every time she asked a question. Just terrible service. Place wasn’t even packed.

Waiting here for 30 minutes for the server to check on us or my son's pizza to come out. Everyone else's food arrived already. Told 2 people, not our server because she never returned, about the missing pizza and no updates.

4 times now I’ve ordered a jumbo hamburger with just ketchup and mustard and a large fry and 4 times now it’s been wrong. 3 times they tried giving me a cheeseburger. One of those times they gave me a cheeseburger, I told them what was wrong, and then the next was with mayonnaise and pickles. I don’t understand what the issue is, but they can’t get an order correct. Mcdonald’s doesn’t mess up this much. Ridiculous. I’m all for supporting local but come on. I don’t have a 5th chance in me.

I'm so irritated. I ordered ahead on my lunch break and go in to pick up my order and the cashier is trying to figure out my order. I tell her what I ordered and she proceeds to tell me what I was rung up for which isn't correct. She then tells me well it's already been made. Okay and that's not what I ordered. She calls the manager/owner over and he has the audacity to tell me what I ordered. Absolutely not! I know what I order as I order the same thing from here each time. He walks away and then proceeds to say well we will have to cook it so it’ll be a minute as if I'm an inconvenience. I politely tell them not to worry about it and leave! Why would I spend my money with such a place? Terrible customer service!
Food is outstanding and cooked fresh to order. Sandwiches, plates, plate lunches, wings, kids menu, quesadillas, burgers, salads and more are available at a reasonable price.

Great burgers, only one range, so food can be slow in coming, but it was worth the wait. Family enjoyed it, and my wife devoured it.
Kid-friendliness: Took my 5 Littles and the employees were very nice. Cards at the tables to play games as well.
