We drove all the way out there for dinner and the lobby was closed. I had went to their company website and checked Google for the hours before driving all the way out there. When we pulled up there was a sign hanging in the window stating lobby closed. They should have updated the company website.

If I could give 0 I would. I attempted to get in touch with the owner to speak with him because I would hate to not be aware my business was being handled so poorly. I was told I would have to try and catch him there. From the list of reviews hopefully he is aware he has a problem with some of his staff.
My daughter ordered hot fudge sunday after a game tonight. So when she got ice cream she just asked if they could add it and she would pay. They put a pump of chocolate so she just pulled around to order another one to get it with the chocolate. She did yell across the driver to order the fudge Sunday and they told her she was yelling and they didn’t have to serve them and told to leave the drive through. No problem! I called to speak with someone and a very curt defensive “manager” told me she was yelling so they had her leave. Because she yelled her order. I thought it would be necessary to let the owner know how business is being run but from the reviews they should be aware.

We ordered 2 of the chicken strip boxes with the fries and onion rings. one box had literally 4 fries the other had the equivalent to like 5 maybe? I wasn't expecting a ton of fries but definitely more than 4.

I went through the drive thru over the weekend and was very impressed and pleased with the customer service. The young lady was helpful, courteous, fast and efficient. I recommend this Dairy Queen location. You can tell they change our the fryers often. The chicken, fries, and onion rings were hot and fresh.
