If you go at all, only go on weekdays and in the morning. They VERY rarely get orders right, especially the mobile order. I observed the cook today using terrible food handling practices, and when I said something to him about it, he basically told me to go pound sand. The manager seems nice, but this is a place to avoid.

I do not recommend this place at all, poor service and poor adittudes. BBQ sauce was everywhere like it was intentional. I requested a refund and received it from the General Manager. That was the only positive interaction I received.

No service at HENDERSON window. Had to wait in drive through line for 30 minutes just to leave without ever being talked to over speaker. 2 people in front of us each took approximately 20 minutes to get food after ordering. Arrived at 8:00 pm left 8:40 without any service. Filled with several workers. Not a staffing issue. 40 minutes is unacceptable for fast food per person. Much worse you cannot leave the line if they are taking too long. This caused the line to block off traffic and cause safety issues on the road

I come here about once a week for the crispy chicken salad. I donāt like salads usually but this is the best salad, and I donāt eat it because itās healthy (itās not). I eat it because itās amazing. I always get ranch, stay with me now. Since I started ordering it a few months ago, it always came with two FULL like to the brim ramekins of ranch. It was the perfect amount of ranch for the salad. Now, it comes with three ramekins, that is only half filled at best. That equates to one and a half ramekins of ranch, instead of two full ones. Iām sad because now my salad is not adequately sauced. I donāt know what happened, but itās ruining my crispy chicken salad experience. I could get an extra, but usually I am charged for the other half filled ramekin of ranch, so Iām paying more for the exact same thing I used to get. So, itās shrinkflation. Thatās my only complaint. The staff is nice though!

Nothing to complain about. Itās good for a dairy queen. Best place if you want Ice Cream. I personally just am not a huge fan of the larger menu, but I have never had a bad experience here. Workers are nice. Never that busy. But I usually go during the night for ice cream.
