Placed a delivery order tonight and when it was dropped off, I didn't receive a call or hear a knock to let me know it was here (contactless delivery). When the tracker on the app said delivered, I went outside to check and it had been knocked off the chair it had been placed in and now they will not answer the phone. I've been on hold for well over 20minutes across three separate calls. Still on hold again after they disconnected the call without answering.
