The young woman at the window was very rude, made fun of me when I was trying to find what to order from the menu board. It seems she may have been trying to get a laugh out of her coworkers at a disabled older man's expense. I don't go to Jack's often but I can tell this location has really gone downhill.

I am very sad to give this place this low review. This place used to have better food and service than any other place in town, but they been on a downhill slope and have not bounced back. Today I was held in there much longer than needed because of a dispute between the workers. They really need to train their employees better in service and food.

Great food. Same everytime we go . Burgers and onion rings and tater tots . All for 24 bucks. Great price and great food.

I cannot tell a lie...this was a greasy biscuit with some over fried chicken. But, I strangely liked it. Some of the stores are friendlier than others. Unfortunately, the interiors are rather disgusting. But, I go back for the flavor. Also, some good sweet tea.

If you plan on going to this particular Jacks, make sure you go through the drive thru, all they’re worried about is their drive thru times.
My family was meeting up her at Jacks to eat before going to worship and we got there an hour before we needed to leave there to make it to worship on time. I stood in line for 15 minutes, there were only 3 customers ahead of me. After the cashier took one order she would go help prepare the drive thru orders.
When I finally got to the front of the line, as I was giving the cashier my order she stopped me, closed out of the register and went back to helping serve the drive thru orders. I left, and went to the Wendy’s drive thru and came back.
The service is so poor here, that me leaving and going to get food at Wendy’s and coming back, I had my food faster than people who were in line ahead of me. Don’t bother eating in at this particular Jack’s especially if there’s a line in the drive through. They need to be taken off the list of “fast food” restaurants.

Paint peeling off the wall, exposing mold.
Gallon buckets of condiments sitting out on the counter from open to close.
Cashier couldn’t figure out whether to bag food or take orders.
Another team member was openly aggressive to other members and ready to cuss everyone out.
Line of 8 people waiting to place orders for 20 minutes while cashier ran around bagging window orders.
Man in front of me in line said “we’d like to order please” and she said “okay” and turned back to the window orders.
All this waiting because the window times are awful.
Now the window times and walk in times are both awful.
We ended up walking out.

Gave Atmosphere 4 stars as we went through the drive through. 5 stars for one of the best hamburgers I have tasted. I gave 4 stars because they didn't make the hamburger as I ordered it. I don't like pickles or mustard on my hamburger, the extra onions were barely extra, but it still tasted awesome after removing the items I didn't order.

Placed an online order 8/31/24. When I arrived at Jack's in Henderson another customer told me some people had been waiting an hour for their food. I stood in line for approximately 25-30 minutes and finally left without any food. During my wait it was obvious employees were disgruntled with each other and were not happy to be there including yelling and tossing food very unceremoniously. If understaffing is an issue Jack's needs to limit their options ie don't take online orders or close dining room. As far as I could tell the online orders were being ignored to help other customers. I'm hoping to be able to get refund on my order.
