There is a girl that works there and she's an extremely rude young woman. Copped an attitude at me when I had to go in and ask for my food because I sat at the drive thru window for TEN MINUTES with no answer!!!!! Then she preceded to get in my face across the counter while I was speaking with the manager and then came around the counter at me!!! This is NOT professional at all, and she doesn't need to be working with the public if she cannot control that attitude!!! I had EVERY RIGHT to be upset that I waited then had to go in!!!!!!!

I recently ordered the 6 dollar Mcdouble deal, when I got home I noticed the McDouble was missing so I called and went up there to get my McDouble. Tay was absolutely wonderful and I appreciate her so much for being fast and efficient in fixing my order! I will return for sure.

We ordered 2 5 dollar meals and the lady upgraded in both of our drinks without asking us or telling us or anything. McDonald's is so gross and overpriced and now they think it's ok to steal from us too????? I come here once .... Probably in a year...... And theft is my reward ....

Not sure why everyone says the food here is bad, this is probably the best McDonald's I've ever ate at and I've been to them from here up to Maine. Staff is friendly, the place is clean. The bathrooms so clean I felt under dressed in a collared shirt. I drive from Jackson to this McDonald's when I want McDonald's it's that good of a McDonalds.
Slow service. Food was okay. Had to pull forward to wait for order, while four cars behind us got their orders and drove off. Didn't anything special for us to have to pull up and wait. Didn't give straws, but the guy who brought our order put did go inside and get us straws.
