The food is usually good, but they must not know how to do their job because 25 minutes after I placed my order, I showed up. She pretended to be looking for it, lo and behold they "handed it to somebody else" and now I have to wait ANOTHER 25 minutes.
edit: Okay, I take back what I said about the food. While I was waiting I went inside to get some breadsticks.. And they were freezing cold when they brought them out to me. Felt like they were sitting in a fridge. This is utterly ridiculous, get your shit together.

I ordered online for carry out. My food was terrible. I did call the restaurant to let them know that my food was raw. The worker said no it wasn’t. No arguments for me I just took pictures for proof.

I placed a Doordash order at 10:30…I knew better because it was late and i normally would NEVER do that to a business. Knowing in our small town we don’t have many late night dashers i called the store and Cassandra managed to locate me a dasher on her own and call me to let me know! Just amazing customer service! She definitely went above and beyond to help! When it was honestly my absent minded laps of time.

Food was horrible. Very little detail. Pizza was dry. Very little sauce and they done a flip with the toppings. Over proofed dough on the cheese sticks. Just horrible. Will not be returning

I'm tired of ordering a pan pizza and having it flat as a pancake. I'm tired of asking for extra sauce on the pizza and barely getting any. This last time I asked for it to be cooked a little extra and what I got was barely cooked. I travel an hour round trip to get what used to be my favorite pizza...this store has practically ruined Pizza Hut for me. I'll go somewhere else where they prepare it the way it's requested. I also think they need to turn their oven temp up (I think that's why my pan pizza never looks/tastes like PAN pizza.) Would not recommend.

I walked in, hoping to dine in, the employee said their dining room is available after I asked him. He said hold on a moment & when he came back I told him I was dining in and he turned around and said “oh we don’t do that it’s just delivery or carry out” I was Surprised to say the least, but I was hungry, so I placed a carry out order. A few minutes later, a family with about five children walks in, I assumed they were planning to dine in, so I told them and then they talk to the employee, and the employee looked at me funny, and he asked “ did you tell them that?” I said. “ yes since that’s what you told me.” he said to them. “ that’s not true we do allow dine in”. I cannot believe the way that I just got treated. It was very unprofessional and humiliating to say the least. When I called later, he offered no apology, he just said “okay”. I wish I had told him to cancel my order and give me a refund. I don’t think I will ever come back to this location again. I hope the owner sees this and takes this seriously. Be honest with your customers & be clear when explaining something.
