Beautiful people, beautiful food, wonderful experience! My steak was cooked to perfection and sweet potato waffle fries were crisp and well seasoned. The salad bar was fresh and tasty as well!

The steaks were good but overpriced for what comes with it. Entrees come with a salad bar, which is mediocre, a baked potato with only butter and sour cream, and NO bread. Yet, the server gave us honey butter so I’m not sure what that was for. We saw that Texas toast was being prepared in the kitchen, but neither in our party received it with our meals. Also, the catfish was raw and again undercooked when we sent it back. Iced tea is $3.95 a glass!! That’s robbery.

20 minute wait. Was fairly busy. Small, but fresh salad bar. Waitstaff ran thin. My waitress did rounds of tea or water for the entire restaurant. Ribeye and Strip requested 132*. Ribeye was perfect. Strip was a little over medium and could've been trimmed better or rendered out in the cook. Sides were great.

I am beyond myslef over my experience. I drive over two hours (and you KNOW gas prices nowadays) for this UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE. I’ll start off with this. I order a steak sandwich and I start trotting my way to the salad bar. THERES NO PLATES??? Now, we had started the day off strong so this one inconvenience was just a drop in the bucket so far. Little did I know this was just the TIP of the ice burg. The CHICKEN TIPS??? SHOULD I SAY? because that is what my boyfriend ordered and it was simply pathetic. He paid $20 for 5 pieces of overcooked, unseasoned, and NASTY chicken. Finally, MY food arrives. It looked good on the outside but I cut into my steak and…. TIRES. RUBBER. TAR. I ordered my steak rare and I look at it and it was darker than SHAQUILLE O’NEAL. UNBELIEVABLE. Not to mention I was a party of 6. NOT INCLUDING ME AND MY BOYFRIEND, HALF OF THE STEAKS WERENT COOKED PROPERLY. What buisness do you call this? Because I am INCREDIBLY unsatisfied. The truth is, My in-laws left upset, my boyfriend left hungry, and I left AND SHALL NEVER RETURN.

IT WAS TERRIBLE, first of all the prices were INSANE!! I got chicken tips which was $20 for a chicken breast cut up with a very small amount of diced onion and bell pepper. Second of all the quality of the food was not up to par, I was with a group and half of the peoples steaks were not cooked to the right temps at all. One was supposed to be medium and it was rare the other one was supposed to be medium rare and there was no pink whatsoever. I am extremely displeased with this food, you could get better from any average dinner for much cheaper.

Ok. Kinda a one and done for us. The appetizer was good and plentiful but it is considered a steakhouse and the steak was not good at all. My ole lady chewed on a piece for way too long. Mine was cooked to my liking but it had a bad flavor I couldn't really fully explain but it was like a chemical flavoring and the best I could think of is that it tasted like it was overdosed with liquid smoke while being cooked. I will say that if you've gotta artificially flavor something, you shouldn't be running a grill. I'll also say that if I was the grill man at this place, I'd be awfully embarrassed and offended to have a picture of my steak in the menu with a bottle of steak sauce sitting next to it. I have no urge to start a steak house but if I did... There would be no steak sauce sitting on the tables because it wouldn't be needed.

To the owners ...we were Seated early, this was my finances 57 birthday dinner....we (3) ordered steaks, 12 Oz each , we went and got our salads, we got 3 of the steaks three were wrong ...we ordered 3 medium , we got 1 well done , 2, were rare to medium.. I drove 2 hours because of reviews...So please check the reviews...this was 10 -06-2023 the steaks were fatty and grissoly 3, I paid*$ 127.00 for this meal...so not worth it!!

We love Snookems! We were there for our 19th wedding anniversary, and the place was packed at 5 pm on Saturday! Steak was incredible, and we love the Southern charm that oozes out of everyone.

Asked for medium steak, came out 30 minutes later well done. Was on time restraints and couldn't wait for another one to be cooked. Had to leave a $35 steak on the plate, yet pay for it.
