The crappy reviews are 💯 correct. This is by far the worst sonic in America. I've tried an tried to like this hometown location but every single time they FUp the order. Every dang time. How so you send out a slushy with no dang ice at all. Place sucks just keep going to jackson if you want a good sonic experience

Some days it is hit or miss. But today was a good day. I ordered through the app and showed arrival through the app. In only a couple minutes after arriving, the food was done and brought out to me. Order was correct.First time the lady that brought it out was friendly. Overall it was a good experience.

I'm angry that they make good food...I retract my support because their equipment can't register a sale. I've tried to use my credit card there twice but was refused. Get some new equipment, Jesus

Went to get 2 drinks this morning. Pushed the red button, waited a few minutes and a blank order popped up 0 dollars. I pushed it several more time and a young girl comes out and she says she put my order in even though I didn't order and couldn't get her to understand I NEVER ordered. Her headphones weren't working, apparently. So I told her what I needed, just 2 drinks. When it came on the screen she put it in wrong. 1 drink was wrong and wanted to charge 7 bucks instead of .99 each. After buzzing several more times she said she would have to get her manager so I just left. I wouldn't have been irritated if they didn't get my 1 drink order wrong, yesterday. Do better.

Updated to 5 stars. Any place that listens to the customer. And actually fixes things. Deserve praise and respect. Thanks for fixing the stalls and marking them if they don't work. I'll be there more often just because of that. Food is good. Service is great. My car hop was very polite.
Parking: Parking is very tight. And watch which stall you pull into. Some are out of service.
milkshake filled to the brim, no napkins, milkshake wasn’t mixed, lids weren’t on any of the drinks, literally the worst milkshake I’ve ever had. Mango slushie was bad, and the only thing that didn’t taste like dog food was the sonic blast. If you eat here it should be considered self harm

they just need to go ahead and shut this place down. like all the way down and start all the way back over. this place has the hardest time getting the orders right. they forget food, give the wrong food. theres no phone to reach to even rectify anything. this has got to be the worst sonic ever.

I stopped by the Sonic in Henderson, TN, and ordered 3 slushes and 2 cherry limeades, and the service was outstanding. Even though I had given a tip when I paid, I gave the young lady a tip when she came to the truck. My grandson said, "Pawpaw, you already gave them a tip when you paid." I told him that these kids are on their feet for hours and deserve every tip that they can get.
Parking: They have plenty of parking spot.
Kid-friendliness: They also have an area where you can get your kids out of your car and eat.
