I normally eat from this Taco Bell because the staff is usually pretty spot on with everything. But I learned something tonight at 8:45 pm or so. I had to go inside to get my order corrected. Not a big deal it happens. But the rudeness was just uncalled for. I wasn't even upset or ugly about it being wrong. And the rudeness I would have overlooked. But the kitchen was just plain disgusting. Food and trash all over the place behind the counter where everyone could see it. And the employees are walking in it like it's no big deal. I almost just asked for a refund and left. Which I probably should have done. Next time I come here. I will be sure to come inside before I order anything else from here. And if it's nasty like tonight. I won't come back ever again. And teach your employees about washing their hands as well. Especially after coming back from smoking outside. Y'all can do better than this.

This is consistently the best Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Always load me up on portions and everything is always fresh. The employees are also always very nice and don’t seem to hate their job. I drive all the way from Gallatin because of how well this Taco Bell is run!

Went there with friends to grab a quick bite to eat. As soon as we got there, we were met with attitude. Anything that we asked for was an inconvenience to them. The food was decent, but all of my nacho fries were thrown into a bag and scattered everywhere. I NEVER write reviews, I will not be going back anytime soon. Would rather drive 20 minutes to another Taco Bell than deal with them again.

Best double meat burrito I have ever eaten best meal I've ever experienced there.
If I could give 0 stars I would! The girl at the drive thru window was so rude I’ll never go here again! & just fyi I’m never rude or disrespectful when I go to a restaurant!! It seems that she didn’t want to be there so she needs to quit! I can’t give her name because the name on the receipt seems to be the wrong name! She needs to learn to hand people their money in their hand, and not have it crumbled up with the bag, handed it to a customer! Then when she tried to get me out of the drive-through, I told her I never got my drink so she proceeds to put the starry liquid in the cup, and when she caught me looking, that’s when she started pouring the Pepsi in there so when she handed me the cup, then she handed me the straw. I drank some of it, and she proceeded to hang out the window and say you got exactly what you asked for.!! I’ve never in my life seen such rudeness! And there was four chips in the chips and cheese bag!! And when I showed it to her, she looked at me like I was stupid! All you got to work for you you might as well closed down!! I know Chester County has more Quality people than this!!

I went through drive through I ordered 2 large nacho fries. They where out so I ordered 4 small. I ordered large Dr pepper they where out, large MTN dew blast they where out, sweet tea out what's a restaurant without drinks and food? And the fries were hard and cold when we got them and we had to wait on them smh. Time after time we give them tries and the same thing..
