All I’m gonna say is that girl that works night shift with the two buns is gonna run into the wrong person one day getting smart and acting the way she does for no reason at all. I’ve dealt with her every time I come through Taco Bell at night and usually I try to push it off and think oh maybe she’s just having a bad night but at this point she needs to find another job if she’s that unhappy there like it’s to the point where it bothers me expecting a crappy attitude every single time. The rest of them are sweet and really nice though

I ordered the $2.99 Cantina Chicken Crispy Tacos, they gave me 2 Crispy Chicken Soft Tacos with caliente cantina sauce, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese.

Stopped eating Taco Bell a long time ago but there wasn't another Mexican Restaurant I haven't eaten at in a 60 mile radius so I decided to stop for dinner and I'm glad I did. This was a strong 4 in the class of other Taco Bells. The Tacos were perfectly prepared as well as the crunch wrap, the dining area is one of the neatest I've ever seen at any Taco Bell and the crew was cordial. Using the kiosk to order is a breeze and even the line looked cleaner than your average TB.

We had a moblie order and once we got home we had 2 items missing. This happens alot however it was something that cost more than a few bucks and it was my childs. I called and they told me to come back but to come inside. The cashier rang up missing items and said it would be a minute or so. I waited about 20 mins. During that time the drive thru got busy. They kept taking orders and fixing the drive thru orders. There was 4 people working and they couldn't fix my 2 missing items during that time? I even ask about 15 mins after waiting how much longer and they replied you still have a few people in front of you. Again 4 people working, one cashier, 2 cooks on one side and one guy was on the other but im not sure exactly what he was doing b/c about 90% of the time he was on his phone, cleaning a grill with one hand and he had gloves on but kept scratching his head and then stocking food on that side with the same hand he scratch his head. I sat there and watch. I ended up just walking out. The inside was so dirty and the air vents wasnt working so it was very smoky. The food we got wasnt fixed like ordered, cold time we got to eat and I had to fix my child something else to eat since it was his food missing. Come on taco bell do better!

Drive thru experience was quick and they got the details correct in respect of a different meat being requested and no tomatoes on one particular item. But I remember the crunch wraps being much thicker a while back. The ones I got seemed to be half the size of the ones I'm used to getting. Maybe forced cutbacks by corporate or management? Who knows. But I do appreciate them getting everything correct 👍. And the staff seemed friendly.

Hey Managment. Wearing gloves to make food is great- but if you are using the same gloves to scratch yourself and rub hands all over your clothes while it's heating up and then touching the food again seems a little counterproductive? Maybe you need to do another lesson on cleanliness and food prep? 🤦♀️

Lady at the window was a breath of fresh air when come to fast food in our modern world, but absolutely nothing in the bag was on my order. I paid $25 for a quesadilla, fries, chips and cheese sauce. CHECK YOUR ORDER!
I normally eat from this Taco Bell because the staff is usually pretty spot on with everything. But I learned something tonight at 8:45 pm or so. I had to go inside to get my order corrected. Not a big deal it happens. But the rudeness was just uncalled for. I wasn't even upset or ugly about it being wrong. And the rudeness I would have overlooked. But the kitchen was just plain disgusting. Food and trash all over the place behind the counter where everyone could see it. And the employees are walking in it like it's no big deal. I almost just asked for a refund and left. Which I probably should have done. Next time I come here. I will be sure to come inside before I order anything else from here. And if it's nasty like tonight. I won't come back ever again. And teach your employees about washing their hands as well. Especially after coming back from smoking outside. Y'all can do better than this.

This is consistently the best Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Always load me up on portions and everything is always fresh. The employees are also always very nice and don’t seem to hate their job. I drive all the way from Gallatin because of how well this Taco Bell is run!
