Staff was nice and the setup was clear. However I chose the shrimp and steak, the steak was not good it had a weird taste and very gamey. No mongolian sauce option which I thought was strange. I'd say the experience was just ok.

The food here is pretty good. I like the setup. But it isnt very clear whats going on, and its clear that everyone working there is only interested in whats going on on their phone. They dont have much time to explain the unique setup wherein you pick your own ingredients, protein, etc. Decent food, poor service.

I've visited this location multiple times. I really like the cabbage as an option to rice ? However this time, all bowls and silverware are now plastic instead of real dishes and silverware. Not a fan of this change at all ?

The whole set up had me uncomfortable. Especially the raw meats uncovered and freely accessible by the public. The meats should be covered, chilled and out of sight. Just as we have to select our rice, noodles, etc., the same should go for the meats (the cooks should have these items in the back). I felt like my chicken wasn't cooked completely so that was money down the drain. I will never eat here again even if it was free. Its not worth the money or time.

I had a nice big bowl of stir-fry here. The portion was so generousin the extra large bowlthat there was plenty for another meal.So I ate it for supper, too.My husband and I had just visited a historical sight and we were really hungry. We got to pick the meat, veggies, and sauces. They stir-fried it for youon a circular grill. We watched our food cooking. The peanut sauce was good. And they had many stir-fry sauces to choose from, plus they offereda yum-yum sauce that kinda tastedlike honey mustard. It was a yummy dipping sauce. There were also peanutsand crunchy noodles in the dining area.My husband got some for me. He is sweet. The drinks were self-serve as well.I wish we had a Bonfire Grill where we live.I would definitely go here again.Vegetarian options: You could definitely make a vegetarian meal with all the veggies and fruits and stuff that they have here.Parking: There are plenty of close parking spaces. It was our first time here.We live in another state. The food was good and the wait staffwas nice and friendly.I recommend visiting Bonfire Mongolian Grill in Hermitage Tennessee. It's close to The Hermitage,Andrew Jackson's historical sight.

I have only recently tried Bonfire and I fell in love with it after my first visit there. This location is one that is very close to home this being convenient and an easy dinner option that is also a healthier option without sacrificing on taste. The prices seem a bit high, especially at first, but then you see that the food is fresh, the options are plentiful and the portions sizes are massive in comparison to most other establishments. This location is fairly new, and offers the option to take out, or dine in, also you can dine in their outdoor area which is quite nice on a pretty day or night. Most of the employees we have seen have all been great, with the exception of only one really. The one employee that was not up to par with the rest of the staff didn't do anything major, he simply wasn't the best at communicating when taking orders and payment. He lacked the knowledge the rest of the staff had as far as knowing the menu and what they offered. His biggest offense was asking us to switch tables mid meal so he could begin cleaning the dining room for closing. We moved as asked but had to ask him to wait to sweep until we finished our meals and had to further explain to him that his sweeping could cause dirt and debris to fly up and into guests plates. He seemed irritated at us for asking him to do this but did wait for us to leave before continuing to sweep up. And again, this was only one visit, one time, one employee... Every other time has been great. Great service, great options, great prices, great food, great accomodations, and great big full belly's!!Vegetarian options: You are in charge of what goes on your plate and everything you pick is in front of you for the judging. There are plenty of veggies along with multiple spice and sauce options to help add flavor.Wheelchair accessibility: The dining room has multiple places where a wheel chair could be placed for eating and the aisle where you line up to assemble your bowl seems plenty big enough to accommodate one as well. The outside dining area has more than one table that could accommodate a wheel chair as well.

This a fair and honest review. The hermitage location is unsanitary, unprofessional, and definitely costly. They don’t provide any types of gloves while touching the uncooked, raw, food, and the utensils to select the food. They don’t even provide water cups…. thats very pathetic for a food business.

This used to be one of my favorite restaurants, but the owners continue to nickle and dime you for everything. Now they won't even give you a cup for ice water (only overpriced bottled water available). There's plenty of other options in the area. I'll go somewhere else.

Adriana greeted me warm and cordially this past Monday night. Unlike past experiences here. Beyond the warm and kind greeting the food was prepared to perfection and there were actually clean tables to sit at.
