The bread and the brisket melted in my mouth. The sauce was just the right amount of spicy, and it was a stop and go situation (which was convenient). I will say, however, that the jumbo isn't very jumbo (so you might need to double up). Next time I'm in TN, I'll stop by again.

You know, you can tell alot about someone by the plate of food they cook/serve you...this is a prime example. First time stopping in...the owner is just extremely kind hearted...and the food reflects just that. That entire plate was just one big huge warm hug, and I felt right at home. Do not skip on the beans. Incredible place. Amazing food. God bless you my friend.

The food was fantastic, some of the best BBQ I've ever had. Parking was a bit confusing and it took a couple of minutes for him to come out to the trailer and take my order. Hard to hear him because of the nearby road noise. Prices do need to be updated, but it was only a dollar off the menu, paid cash.

Doesn’t have updated prices on his menu. Was charged $14 for something listed at $11. Didn’t bother to give me the total before taking my card and swiping it, luckily I noticed the number on the iPad he was trying to hide. The price isn’t even that unreasonable but I can’t stand a dishonest business. His menu is a laminated piece of paper on the side of the shack so there’s no excuse for not having it updated. Confronted him and was told “brisket’s gone up $2 per pound I just haven’t changed the sign.”

The ribs were absolutely delicious! Fell right off of the bone. Their sauces were paired perfectly with the ribs. Highly recommend!

Lucky to have stumbled upon this place. Loved the bbq! The ribs were like homemade smoked ribs. They were how you wish your ribs tasted you make at home! And meaty. Highly recommended. And worth the stop. Jim, the owner was nice as can be.

We drive by this place all the time and decided to stop by for lunch today. The first thing I loved about it was the prices were VERY reasonable. More so than any other bbq I’ve had around Nashville. I wasn’t expecting it to be anything special, but this was close if not the best pulled pork sandwich I’ve ever had! Tender, smoky, with just the right amount of sauce. My husband got the brisket and said it was pretty amazing too. Sides we tried were the baked beans, mac n cheese, and potato salad (which was just a tad sweet for me but still good). All were great. We might just have to make a weekly stop here from now on!
