10/10 service from Mr. Tim. He’s a very hardworking family man who takes pride in his business. Been eating here since it opened and it truly is such a gem to the Hermitage community. If you go I recommend the Classic Pulled Pork Sandwich with a side of mac n cheese or grab you a pound of BBQ! Reasonable prices as well.
The bread and the brisket melted in my mouth. The sauce was just the right amount of spicy, and it was a stop and go situation (which was convenient). I will say, however, that the jumbo isn't very jumbo (so you might need to double up). Next time I'm in TN, I'll stop by again.
You know, you can tell alot about someone by the plate of food they cook/serve you...this is a prime example. First time stopping in...the owner is just extremely kind hearted...and the food reflects just that. That entire plate was just one big huge warm hug, and I felt right at home. Do not skip on the beans. Incredible place. Amazing food. God bless you my friend.
