I used to love this Dutch Bros. It had a great atmosphere but ever since the new employees started it’s gone downhill. The wait times are crazy. Ordering ahead does absolutely nothing, I wait over 10 minutes after my pickup time. The line is a mess, the employees switch between lanes with no system. Then on top of it the golden eagle tastes completely different… I’m honestly over this location

Such great coffee I just absolutely love it and I come twice a day for a latte. There’s been times I’ve had to wait 22 minutes to get my coffee if I’m outside in line. So then I end up ordering online before I leave my house and I get it to the window and it’s not there. I need to wait another five minutes.
The staff is very friendly makes you feel welcome. Y’all need to do something to help people move to those lines or online orders.

I love Dutch Bros. I normally order the picture perfect but today I decided to order the Holiday Cookie blended freeze and there were way to many sprinkles in it I had to literally filter the sprinkles with my teeth. There shouldn't be that many sprinkles in it . Just need a little on top of the soft top for the decoration of the drink . The drink would be amazing if I tasted it without just tasting sprinkles. 🥰😩 (Literally hundreds of sprinkles)

Coffee is good but unfortunately the wait time is terrible. Drive through takes 30 min+. I don't know if it's because cars mess up the order(3 lane drivethrough) or if the baristas are slow but it just takes to long. I imagine they lose a lot of business from people who don't want to wait this long because honestly, we probably won't be coming back.
Is lemonade that hard to make ? Tosay is the second time this week you can see through the lemonade in the container on the counter. Who does that ? So then my drink taste like syrup water its terrible

Addison absolutely MADE my night last night! I was having a VERY bad day from work, and gave me my coffee for free. She listened to me vent about my crappy night and as I went to redeem my points for the free coffee, she said it was on the house. I will be forever grateful for her and the excellent service I got and get literally EVERY single visit!
