Staying in the area for a couple days was looking for a place to get coffee and came across this place. When I saw the pictures of the drinks we knew we had to go. We tried the peaks mocha and it was definitely what we were looking for in a drink. There was only one person in there taking care of customers at both windows. But she didn't rush and made sure the drinks came out perfect. We will definitely be back again before heading back home.

The food and beverages are always amazing. And the service is good for the most part, but they need more than one person there. They’re always so busy. I waited in line for 25min today because there was only one person making everything and she had 2+ cars on both sides of the building. That’s a lot of work for one person; and it’s making the wait time for everyone else extremely long.

Very nice people that work here. How about you pay them more as a company and please stop handing out the clipboards to sign and begging people for tips like you're a restaurant. There are thousands of people in this country working for 2.13 an hour and their whole lives are dependent on tips. You're destroying the publics opinion on tipping and destroying people's lives. You don't need a tip to take 60 seconds to pour coffee into a cup. Just get paid a good hourly wage by your company. Servers that deserve tips spend an hour and a half to 2 hours with a table helping with a multitude of things and sprinting around 10-15 miles a day. Stop leaching off of us and pay your employees more.

We just moved to Hermitage and found this gem. I'm a bit of a coffee snob so I was very skeptical. This place is amazing! I had an iced Honeymoon Mocha and it was perfectly sweet while still letting me taste the coffee. The service was top notch as well, with the girl who helped us being super friendly and apologetic for our one car wait 😅.
I can't rate the food yet because we only got drinks. It looks like there are some good options though.
If you are looking for a really good coffee experience, I highly recommend checking them out!
