You shouldn't go away hungry here as the gyro plates are fresh & tasty while the portions are quite generous! I liked the taziki sauce which was thick & creamy instead of thin & runny. The friends who own the Larena Cafe are expanding their menu & eager to serve.

This spotlessly clean little restaurant has the best Greek food in Hermitage! We love the chicken plate with tabouli and the stuffed grape leaves are delicious. We have also tried the shrimp and the gyro. Great service and food is cooked to order. We are regulars!

Friendly employees, decent prices, huge portions, all the foods expected at a qyro place.I don't think other Gyro places I've been to have had shrimp. LARENA CAFE has shrimp and I had to try it. I got the Larena Special Plate! Its was good, it came with( grilled onion,& pepper) seasoned &grilled 5 Large shrimp, as well as generous portions of grilled chicken and gyro.Served on a bed of rice with your choice of geek salad or tabouli(Ranch or Cucumber sauce).I will be going back!The Baklava is the star here!!!I will be going back for more?Any plate here is enough for my husband and I to share a meal

This is the best Greek Restaurant I have ate at since the early 90's. That one was in downtown Nashville and served great Greek food every meal. They obviously use quality ingredients. The food is delicous and the cost is reasonable. The service is also great.

This might sound dramatic but this gyro was godly. I am second generation Greek-American, raised in NY where there are Greek diners and restaurants everywhere, and I have struggled to find a good gyro in Nashville. This is it. They actually filled the pita with delicious, well-cooked and seasoned lamb, everything was fresh, the tomatoes and onions are put on the bottom so they don’t fall out which is amazing, the tzatziki sauce is delicious…I ate the whole thing in like three minutes. I will be ordering this again and again and recommending to everyone!!!

Great new place in Hermitage. Haven't been in the cafe itself, but I've ordered Uber eats multiple times The sandwiches and burgers are fantastic Definitely worth a try.

This restaurant is always on our family’s top three options when we’re deciding where to eat for lunch or dinner. Hands down the best customer service and delicious food. Their meat is fresh and delishhh!! My partner makes sure to get a large tabouli salad because it’s THE best he’s had over the years living in Tennessee. We love visiting and dining in or taking it back home.I came back to the states this week and the first stop after the airport was Larena Cafe because I was absolutely craving good food!!If you’re hungry and trying to decide where to eat, gooo here!
