“Two weeks ago, I ordered 6 meals. The bag was sitting at my back door and I brought it inside within 30 minutes. The ice pack wasn't very cold, and ALL of the meals were flipped upside down. It was like the bag had been tossed around before landing on my doorstep upright. They gave me a credit, which I appreciated and I re-ordered today. I got an update that it would be delivered 7 hours ago. It is after 5pm and no sign of my food delivery. I tried calling and got a auto response, but no way to leave a message. I emailed them, but I don't really want my meals now, as if they are delivered, were they sitting in a truck all day?
I like the concept of the healthy meal delivery service, but the execution has flagged of late.

Update: my meals were just delivered at 6:30pm. The ice pack is still very cold, so I think the meals should be good to go.“
