My husband loves smoothie king but this location is never open! We tried to go through the drive through today and the drive through greeting went off but no one answered. We called the store an they answered then hung up. Unfortunately this is not the first time we have had this issue at this store.
Shawn is super friendly and he is truly the best worker here. Goes above and beyond and provided excellent service.
Everyone else especially the black girl in the mornings is super rude and never friendly. Lacks basic customer service skills which makes every visit unpleasant. “What else” is that it? “IS THAT IT?” Girl bye.

Sat in the drive through line with four cars in front of me to pick up an order submitted ahead of time online and it took from2:36 to 3:11 to get to the window and I still had to wait to get it. Ridiculous. The girl was nice and apologized. I have a feeling they were understaffed, but it’s still really Annoying.
