I came by today to get a papaya mango ginger gut health smoothie and it was perfect! I enjoy getting that one because it always makes my stomach feel so great and gives me energy. Connie was at the window and she was so lovey and welcoming. Great job :)

WORST SERVICE OF MY LIFE FROM SHAUN GARDNER SHE WAS RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL denied fixing my order after. I spent 22$ and she argued me down and lied and called her boss while purposely holding up the line and avoiding me at the window she took her sweet time until her boss answered and was being rude didn’t fix my orde and then literally threw coupons at me for $3.49

We go to this location all the time for a reason! Amazing, kind, and attentive staff. The smoothies taste good and the drive through experience has always been positive and quick. Whenever we’ve gone inside the store, it is kept clean and has a very chill atmosphere. Nothing has ever been sticky and the napkins & straws have always been stocked. Thanks for being great!!

I have been a Smoothie King customer for awhile. I go so much I'm on a first name basis with some people. Connie has taken and made my orders numerous times and always has a cheerful demeanor, even when it is hectic. I started as a customer of the East Nashville location and then when I moved I started going to the Hermitage location. The Hermitage location definitely has a star employee in Connie!
The service was amazing and the food was delicious too. Shout out to Shawn and Connie for the amazing customer service!! Made my first time visit memorable :)
