The power bowl barely had meat full of lettuce for what we pay is CRAZY this amount of steak smh. Loaded grill potatoes burrito BOTH filled with cheese and potatoes a pinch of meat the size is RIDICULOUS skinny like those cheese burritos . Had to come all the way back because my drink was as watered down the Sprite was out of order my family is dissatisfied I won’t say ALL Taco Bell’s are like this I haven’t had this problem at any other he location yet but this one .. Pls work on satisfying your customers this is our neighborhood Taco Bell oh and the drive lady was ok no issues with customer service only the food that was served

The drive through was terrible, they couldn't hear me and rung up the order wrong. When I got up to the window I had her change the incorrect items and paid. She then handed me my card back and I waited. Then someone else brought me my food and told me to have a good night, I had to ask for them to hand me my drinks that were sitting on the counter, right next to the cashier who is also the one who made them, cause I saw her. I then get back to my work, because I was on my lunch break so I can't just drive back up to the drive through, and I was missing 2 items and all my sauce. And this is just my opinion, not on the workers but the Tropical punch rockstar refresca is disgusting and tastes like cough syrup. If you come here, don't go through the drive, just go inside and doubke check your order before you leave. It was also way over priced. I got 2 tacos, a quesadilla, 2 drinks and chips w/cheese and it was almost 40 dollars. Idk what they charged me for.

I don't understand how this location is constantly messing up delivery orders on their personal app as well as 3 third party apps! There is absolutely no reason to customize your order because they will total disregard it. Items missing from order, no utensils given, and they never add the sauce packets you request including the ones you pay for. Stop shifting blame on the delivery drivers, the order should be 100% completed and verified before handing it over to them for delivery.

I usually go to the Donelson Pike location, but I came here because of another stop. Placed my order online. The lady at the window was absolutely wonderful. In just two sentences I was won over by her service. You can tell that she actually cares about her guests. She got that GOOD hospitality and it’s something that I could easily spot before I got to the window. Give that lady a raise. I was there on 1/5 at 6:46pm. She’s the type of lady that you want to hold onto because I felt very taken care of with just a few words. Thank you for you service, kindness, and speedy service also. You truly made my night!

Whoever is taking orders in the drive through needs to stop talking when im trying to order. Talking too much then complaining they cant hear me. Also just rude. At the end I tried asking for my food to be extra toasted cause the classic stickers are never heated up enough and I get them from the bag and they jusy warm almost room temp. This taco bell needs to get its shit together
