Your typical taco bell. The service was fast and as fresh as expected. The place was cleaned and condiment station was well stocked. The employees would get a little side tracked talking and joking with one another but that's not a negative in my opinion... As long as they are still doing their jobs and properly tending to their customers... Plus it's always nice to see people enjoying their jobs etc. The parking lot is a little small but it's never so busy that it makes it an issue. The drive thru can be a bit busy at times and take more time than normal but they are typically very quick with service

Third shift cook line are in to big of a hurry half my soft taco was sour cream and other hallf lettuceand a splash of meat on 3 of them. The food was not even wrapped right.
It wasn't bad but the customer service could have been a little better

I went into the main lobby/ inside eating area after walking about 45 minutes.(My ride had kicked me out of his car,) I had no money at the time,it was about 85° outside, all of this while I am just now getting into my 9th month being pregnant. All I asked for was a cup of ice water because I felt like I was about to pass out, the cashier was extremely rude to me as she informed me that they are not able to just give out water anymore for free because the cups cost money. She told me that my total was a 1.30$, for a freaking cup of water!!!! In shock,being hormonal, and covered in sweat on the verge of fainting all reasoning went out the window as I asked for her Manager. The manager proceeded to tell me the same exact bullshit and I stormed out of there completely disgusted with the two female employees who were not able to even remotely try to understand where I was coming from not being able to afford the water at the time but also the lack of human decency to help when I clearly had needed it!!! To make the whole issue better was that two days later me my husband and father went back to get some lunch and was given not one not two but three cups of free water two were for our dogs and the other one was for me and I was even more frustrated with the two employees whom I had dealt with that day because now that I had money it was not a problem anymore! I had felt like they had labeled me when I first walked in assuming I was homeless or something and they were automatically trying to avoid serving me or even having me in the restaurant...

Food was solid as most Taco Bell’s, most have the kiosk you have to use, that sucks because it does not give the option to print your receipt from the kiosk you have to ask for one.

I don’t know what it is about the day lunch crew, but the food is consistently delicious, fresh, and made perfect they tune. Kudos to the manager and this crew today. Even the last greeting us was super nice and widening. Everythingwas perfect!
