Isaac, I believe the young man’s name is, was so kind, patient, and helpful.I, most of you have noticed a decrease in “customer service” from ALL companies and people since 2020, but let me tell you this-You will never have to worry about that at this Whataburger. They took care of me, spoke to me with kindness, and made me feel valued.Oh and I almost forgot, THE FOOD IS AWESOME!!!

This location is on par with what you expect from any Whataburger location, but the service was absolutely not. Shelia was the most disrespectful employee I have ever come across for years. I used to great service from their employees and generally good attitudes. But either she needs some training on how to speak to another human without being disrespectful or the whole FOH staff needs another training session. I'll come back for the food, not the people.
They have EXTREMELY slow service. Had to leave the drive- thru line because they were taking over 30 minutes for my order. It is like this everytime. I hope they get it together soon.

As Texas native we are used to people taking your order. As in this location, the cashiers are always on their phones, or there is no one there for minutes at a time. Very unprofessional.

Don’t sleep on Whataburger’s breakfast food. Absolutely smacks and it’s also the best time to get service. Don’t let anybody tell you this place is overrated until you’ve tried their breakfast items. Plus the staff here is very sweet
