The Boat House Restaurant

Our food came out cold.
Our server was not friendly. We just moved into the area and we were looking for a weekend breakfast spot. We won’t be going back here.

Food was pretty good but our waitress didn’t refill our drinks once

Big shoutout to The Boathouse. Went with someone who had shell fish allergy and they were so accommodating plus the food was delicious. Most definitely will go back.

Came for lunch two days ago and had a great experience. Brought some friends tonight for dinner, and it was the opposite. Appetizers took forever. one never came at all. The entrees came out cold, fries included. All 3 bills had problems, and instead of offering a discount, we we're given pudding. Unfortunately, the locals that were with us won't be returning. It was apparent that the kitchen staff was unprofessional towards the wait staff. It's a shame because the catfish was amazing. My low food score was because my order was the only one right and hot. If they ever figure it out, it could be awesome.

Potato soup and catfish bites were fabulous, as was our entire experience! My Dad lives near, it's his new goto for dinner! Thank you for taking time and sharing with us in early November! We couldn't wait to come back and it was worth the wait!

Went in this morning for breakfast, and I was highly disappointed with everything. The food was not great and not warm. The sweet tea isn't even sweet. The eggs tasted bad, toast was stale, biscuit wasn't great, and was not worth the money. My friends were also highly disappointed in this place. Overall, bad food that was cold and coffee was even cold at 7am. Food is not worth the price either, and the waitress wasn't very friendly.

Had eggs that tasted funny
Bacon was horrible like it was microwaved
Biscuit and gravy was literally cold
Ice tea tasted like it was made a month ago
Waitress was not in a friendly mood
15 dollars not worth going...

Catfish ... Get the catfish. Heading back for breakfast tomorrow!

Great experience on Valentines evening! Food was fabulous- staff was phenomenal

Stopped here for dinner a few nights ago and the food and service were great! The portions were huge. Prices were very reasonable as well.

.....wonderful place with large windows in dining area to view Reelfoot Lake that adds so much to dining experience....wonderful service...great food...establishment/grounds so well kept.....owners have done wonders with this restaurant and motel.....will definately revisit!!....

Parking: Parking in front and along side with wonderful views of lake.

We arrive late and we're still seated. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The view of Reelfoot Lake is stunning. The fish Tacos were delicious. If you are a visitor to the area, this is a must stop.

The Boat House is a favorite lunch or dinner date spot for me and my wife. The meals are delicious and the view of Reelfoot Lake is gorgeous.
