“It would be a 5 star, except I don't give anyone a 5 star. Brisket was tender and full of flavor without an over powering smoke. Melt in my mouth quality. Especially enjoyed the fresh pretzel bun which I wasn't expecting. Hashbrown casserole was fantastic. First time I ever had it and am now hooked. My wife had the pulled pork and it was same as the brisket. Even though they were busy serving others, never felt I was a burden and was welcomed and thanked profusely. Will definitely make it a point to hit them up whenever I see their truck at the many area festivals. I give them 4 3/4 Joey's because I won't give anyone 5“
