Parking: Should be about to find parking but during peak hours for this location it’s hit or miss on finding an open parking spot.

McDonald’s, an establishment that is known to be on a foundation of mediocrity, is brought down even farther by this location. Despite not another customer in sight( something I should have taken note of before ordering) we waited for over twenty minutes for two orders of chicken nuggets and fries; not only was the waiting time atrocious, but the food was stale with hardly carbonated beverages. Not only this but they attempted to charge us for ketchup, an inane idea. In conclusion this McDonald’s is not only deplorable in quality of food and service but is truly a stain on the already dismal reputation of the establishment.

I went today Sat 17th 2024. I ordered 2 McGriddles and 2 Hashbrowns. After waiting 20 min I went inside. They haven't even started on my order so I got my money back and went to sonic. I'll NEVER darken the doors of this place. Management needs to be fired and hire new people. I'm shocked this place is even open

Terrible service. I let my teenager son order his meal and I asked for a spicy chicken sandwich, add pickles. They only gave me ONE pickle. The "lil" girl at the window didn't ask if I needed anything, if she gave me the correct drink, just shoved the drink and bag in my hand and closed the window. I guess customer service isn't taught at the restaurant anymore.
