I do doordash i hate taking orders from here they are always out of something either drink or food or sometimes both or their fryers are broke so they can't cook 😒 and most of their are rude as hell and just the other day I seen with my own eyes two people go in the same bathroom (a guy and a girl) for over twenty minutes and when they finally came both of them was so high they could have talk to Jesus and they most definitely smelled like it too...soo for here on out I will not be taking any more orders from here and I really hope the corporate sees these

We placed a pickup order for 11:45 and the food took a ridiculous amount of time to be prepared. The food wasn't ready until 12:35. We were the only people in the drive through so there is no reason that it should have taken that long. The food quality was good despite this, although it should have been ready at 11:45 as it was a pickup order. They assumed we had left even though they told us to wait for our food. The ticket was incorrect on the order as well, we got someone else's for 14.99 on our 40+ dollar order. Very disorganized!

When we got our drinks they were half full after we left the drive thru one meal was completely wrong. The only sauce for the chicken nuggets was open already and the chips tasted like straight chemicals. Spent 30 dollars on an order and half of it was wrong.

I toco was left out of order. They were quick to provide one however the toco was put in the bag upside down so the fillings were all spilled into the paper wrapper. Failure to pay attention detail.

They're always out of something. Especially pepsi. It's usually what I want. Service sucks. I thought it was a drive thru thing. But drive thru service is better than dine in. There, they let you stand for minutes without acknowledging you at all. Definitely don't enjoy their jobs. Which I don't blame them. If I was always out of product and dealing with mad customers, I'd hate my job too. There is also never enough help. the turnover seems bad. Which this all seems like a management problem. Not enough product, mad customers, not enough employees; yeah I'd quit too. But anyways, yeah, this taco bell sucks. Also for whoever orders, if you run out of drink syrups every week, order more . I don't know how this place has made it this long. The price is also ridiculous for fake taco meat. Just saying.

Normally I would not write a negative review for a fast food place; However after today I have to. First they have had issues for a while now.. exact changer card only, can't make half the food on the menu etc. that was no different then the last year but ok because my order was simple. crunch wrap and soft taco. they asked me to park which again no problem. then I sat and sat watching multiple people get their orders some of which had problems and were going in. so I went to see what the problem was. I was told they gave my order to someone else and they were making another now. again watched orders go out people not getting everything they ordered. the kitchen area was disgusting and the workers didn't care what they were doing. so I asked for my money back. out came not 1 but 2 managers . keep in mind the whole time a gentlemen was waiting to order and not one person helped him or acknowledged him. I lost it. I used to manage a Taco John's years ago and everyone would have been fired due to health code violations and the overall state of the place. the manager said they are trying but how long does that excuse work?? The doors should be closed and it reopened at a later date. The state of the place leads me to wonder how someone has not gotten sick.
