This last time we were told no. We won't be returning when so many other people support our military..screw this place and their mediocre food

Traveling to Morgan county from ky on our way back to KY we stopped in for lunch. We ordered the 9.99 special of pork sandwich and seasoned fries. Omg!! It was so good my tongue about beat my mouth to death!! Absolutely DELICIOUS!! our server was friendly and knowledgeable very clean eating area and immaculate restrooms!! A definite stop for anyone traveling in Scott county!!

We catered County's BBQ for our wedding reception this past weekend. My (now officially!!!) husband & I received so many compliments from our guests about how delicious all the food was. Dustin, the owner, stayed to cater our wedding himself, and he was so incredibly helpful. The variety of sauces he provided was amazing, and I really can't say enough good things about the food, the service, and the overall experience we had working with County's BBQ. This was our first time here so we may not have known how they do things.
First off, we had a brisket sandwich and a pulled pork sandwich. Both were not quite warm. No bbq sauce and the fries were soggy. The meat had no flavor. No seasonings. Not smoked in a smoker like we were expecting. When I asked about bbq sauce they said you had to request it.

Not only was the service out of this world, the place was extremely clean. Now on to the food... This has got to be the best bbq I have had since moving to Tennessee; we are talkin' slap your momma good and at a price you cannot beat with a stick. Not to mention a line of bbq sauces that will appeal to about any taste. Get this, they consider fried mushrooms a side... now let that just sink in for a moment... My new go to bbq place for sure. Try them out, you will not be disappointed.

1st time in my life I didn't tip & I'm normally an over-tipper. The place was filled with flies & gnats. I'm sure they're also where the food is being cooked. The service was ridiculously slow & barely anyone in there. The food all 4x I've tried this place has been pretty terrible. Not 1 half decent meal once. What actually prompted this review was they literally could've killed my son. Somehow a glob of mayo ended up on his pork. He is highly allergic to eggs. Had he not noticed and eaten this it could've ended really bad. The server said she wasn't sure how it happened and offered a free drink. A FREE DRINK LOL. Never again. 0 out of 10 do not recommend. Not 1 redeeming factor to this place. Awful food, awful service, bugs, & just out here dropping globs of mayo on things accidentally.

The meats are very good. The fries are tasty but are very soft. The baked beans were great. The dining room was like a refrigerated wind tunnel. The sauces were the biggest disappointment for me. They range from sweet to diabetes in a bottle. The closest thing they have to a savory sauce is the hickory, but it is still sickly sweet, paired with a bit too much liquid smoke. They list a "stupidity" hot bbq sauce that, based on their other sauces, would probably be on par with "sweet baby rays" sweet and spicy ... couldn't say for sure since they didn't have any. The waitstaff is very friendly. Bottom line... good food and nice people, but dress warm, and unless you like your bbq sauce to be 25% or higher honey content, bring your own.

I do not leave a lot of reviews so it takes something pretty dramatic before I will. Yesterday we decided that we wanted barbecue for lunch so we headed down to the restaurant. It was an extremely long wait time. I ordered the lemonade but was told they were out so I opted for the sweet tea but could not get a refill because they were also out of that. The food arrived ice cold. And we had to ask for silverware. The potato salad was so watery that you needed a spoon to eat it effectively. I use to go here all the time for the brisket but it is really gone downhill. Unless some sort of a drastic change happens I would avoid this restaurant experience all together. If you are waiting more than 30 minutes there is no reason your food should arrive cold. Also curious about pulled pork coming out in slices but that's another issue I guess.

Food was really bad, after waiting 45 minutes, everyone got a cold baked potato, the meat didn't taste fresh at all and was tough and cold, the drinks tasted horrible like the filter in the fountain needs changed we came in before 2 parties and didn't get our order taken till after both of them. It was definitely a waste of 60 dollars. Our party was left hungry. I don't recommend this place at all. I'd go even further to say avoid unless you want to be disappointed. This was not a busy time of day either. There may have been 10 people in the whole place, but the waitress walked past us to take a tables order even though they came in after us.
