NEVER place an order online at this Subway as they will never get your order correct!! I purchased an already overpriced wrap for lunch today and 1/2 of the ingredients were missing. I feel like this is a scam and a fraud that they are running against those that order online. If you feel you want a sandwich from this Subway, I caution you to go inside to order.

Don't ever order online from this location. I ordered a cheesy, garlic crunch wrap and when I got back to the office to eat it, they didn't put the cheese or the garlic on the wrap. When I tried to call them, they wouldn't answer the phone. I have ordered online several times and they have NEVER given me what I ordered.

Came here on my lunch break to grab a quick bite to eat and left hungry and unsatisfied. Asked about a featured sandwich deal and wasn’t given any clear answers to what that entails only head nods. The person behind the counter started making the sandwich even tho I had only asked about it And when I corrected him and said I was going to order something else I was met with attitude and threatening demeanor I apologized even tho the misunderstanding was clearly due to lack of care and diligence . I ordered a chicken sub with cheese and was given the smallest amount of meat I have ever seen on a sandwich maybe two small pieces of chicken measuring less than an inch, I was basically charged for a bread sandwich! All because someone didn’t want to do their job to standard. I frequent subways and know the correct portion size, there is unequivocally no way the amount of chicken I was served was accurate only the person working behind the counter knows why this is. Additionally the tables were dirty, they only had 3 chip options available and displayed , my drink tasted watered down and the cookies were dried out and solid. Extremely disappointed that an owner of a subway chain could even allow the doors to stay open taking peoples money with this kind of service! I feel taken advantage of to the fullest extent .

Ordered a meatball sub with extra meatballs and American cheese. Bread was hard and stale, employee put pepperoni on it when I didn't ask for it and then charged me extra. Will never return to this location.

paid $20 just to have to come home & finish cooking my pizza in my own oven. the worker stated the oven wasn’t working well to another customer. if that’s the case, a manager needs to get the problem fixed. it’s not the employees fault because he did place it in the oven like four times. it STILL tasted frozen & was barely hot. dude was stressed out from having so many customers/online orders coming through with him on his own. he was trying to be friendly, but you could tell he was just over it & tired. get some help through lunch time & fix your oven ? Subway is getting too expensive to have halfway cooked food
