Placed a take away order and was very pleased with the portions. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and delicious. The customer service was great. The staff was friendly and accommodating while waiting for food to be ready. Would recommend you stop in and visit. The gift shop had a decent selection as well.

This used to be THE place to stop. For years my family would stop here on our trip from Texas to Virginia to visit my grandma for Christmas. Last few years we didnt stop so this year we thought we'd stop. It has gone DOWNHILL fast. The inside needs a lot of work and cleaning. It smelled like an old folks home. And the food was terrible. We skipped the buffet cause it was $20 a person. The hamburger steak my father ordered was terrible. The meat had a weird flavor and the gravy was a thick congealed off brown color. The mashed potatoes where ice cold. The hamburger me and my mom had didnt fair much better, the meat also tasted off. The only thing that tasted good and fresh was the French fries. This used to be a good place to stop but not anymore.

Not impressed at all!!!!!
Food had no flavor at all. No seasonings were used at any point. Then the price they charge for this is insane. This was my one and only trip to this place. So sad because it has been talked about and hyped up my whole life. Me and my wife were very very disappointed.

I got the pulled pork dinner with beans and coleslaw. Excellent, I highly recommend. Wife got fried catfish dinner with French fries and coleslaw. She liked all of it. Another highly recommend.

Stopped in on our journey to Loretta’s Hurricane Mill’s, I was very disappointed in the quality of the food. The place shouldn’t be named after Loretta because she would never endorse the quality of the food going out of that kitchen.

Definitely feels country. The fried chicken was pretty good. Glad we stopped. The staff is very friendly we were treated like family. Thank you.

The food was horrible. And the price for the buffet was too high for the quality. The staff were very friendly though.

Food cold. Probably would have had some flavor had it been hot. Overpriced is an understatement. Once was more than enough.

All of the food was good. Simply a buffet, which I don't care much for, but it was good. The BBQ sauce was especially good as was the chicken. Everything is made fresh.

Food was decent, we did not have the buffet. Place needs a bit of a pick me up. It was not busy when we were there.
