I usually always go here and there normally always nice and typically get my order atleast 90% accurate but for the past two weeks now I believe they hired a new worker bc she’s rude on the speaker when ordering and my orders have been coming out wrong more often I love this place and the atmosphere but it’s changing for the worse

Be aware that the prices at this location are higher than I have seen anywhere else in the country. I live in Chicago and our prices are significantly lower. I'm guessing this is a tourist area (???) but I'm passing through in January so no tourist activity today. I'm posting this review specifically so that young parents with kids (and budgets) know about the prices before you pick this location.

Visit frequently and usually takes less than 10 min to order and get through drive thru. Ordering online does help out if you wanna avoid time,download app and use it for points,free stuff and discounts.

I usually always come here and everything's fine and then the one time I go back in to have something fixed because it was made wrong. All of the ladies behind the counter were making comments the whole time they're fixing the order like it's somehow my fault that the order has to be fixed because they know they did it right acting like they are a bunch of kids in high school, which is super unprofessional and rude. I used to work in customer service, I know mistakes happen we are all human, and I would never take it out on the customer but these ladies seem to think otherwise...

Only option for food as we stayed at the hotel nearby. Waited for 15 minutes to get cold old fries and hard bunned burgers. Staff was friendly, food went into the trash in the hotel room...
