I've definitely had worse. The ribs were nice and tender with great caramelization . Sides were good. But the brisket was beyond dry. But at least the coke was cold to wash it down.
I’ve eaten BBQ all over Tennessee, and I have my favorite haunts, but when we stumbled on this little gem I was blown away!!! I can honestly say, without hesitation, this was the best BBQ I’ve ever had. The sauces are homemade and unbelievable. The ribs fell off the bone, the brisket you could cut with a fork and had so much flavour. The chicken was moist and flavourful, and normally I’d steer clear of chicken in a BBQ joint because it’s usually dry and bland. The Mac...
