If your looking for a consistent coffee shop keep looking because this ain’t it, went in and ordered two drinks one cold brew and one latte, the cold brew was basically undrinkable and the latte tasted like it had little to no espresso in it and dare I say watered down. I’ve seen a couple of similar reviews about the lack of espresso and total quality of the drinks being made and this seems to be an ongoing issue, so to the owner of this shop spend less time replying to google reviews and fix your coffee.

I stopped here on my way through to Gatlinburg. This was hands down the worst vanilla latte I’ve ever had. Tasted like straight vanilla creamer and was the color of dirty water (see pic) - not a golden brown like a latte should be. The drink did not taste like it had espresso in it at all, just pure sugar water. The barista was busy so maybe it was not her finest drink.
I was already down the road before I took a sip or I would have turned around to get my money back. I never leave reviews but I’m sorry to say It was that bad and I feel cheated out of my money because it was undrinkable… and on their 3-year anniversary nonetheless!
Also, my wife ordered cold foam for her pumpkin latte and there was no cold foam on the drink (which we paid extra for). This drink was at least passable as something you may get at another coffee shop, although it was overly sweet as well.

Place is pretty cool inside espesh if your into comic and Pokémon type stuff. Just FYI when I visited there were little puddles and spills of coffee syrup on the counter/station and I thought- that’s going to attract bugs if left out long. And literally the next moment I saw a bug crawl across the counter. It wasn’t a cockroach but it was an orangey bug about the size of a nickel with wings… also bummer they don’t sell any pastry type items and my latte was way too sweet. I barely made it halfway through the drink- just needed the caffein.
