We had ordered 5 20 nuggets and they gave us 5 4 nuggets so they then gave us ten 20 nuggets which is weird I mean we liked the food ye but still I mean they have to get those things right but we ordered a mcribb and they gave us ten of them

Worst parking lot ever, dining room renovation is horrible. Everything about it is a mess. Can't even get your own napkins anymore. Have to stand in line again which is right in the way of people entering and exiting just for a ketchup packet.

The employees @ this particular McDonald's [NIGHTs] are absolutely what every business needs. Professional attitude, welcoming, and makes the customers feel like family.
Vegetarian options: Vegetarians can eat everything on the menu, excluding meat n still appreciate the welcoming of the staff.

Newly renovated, welcome to the future. The lobby has shrunk in half, you can no longer refill your own drinks, no access to napkins, no longer have access to self served ketchup, the order line is uninviting and tiny, every single thing about the new renovation screams: NOT WELCOME.
Fast food prices continue to climb to now comical extremes even while the food quality has drastically declined. People are generally willing to pay for quality, and if the quality is marginal it's ok if it's cheap. But to pay high prices for bad food, and in an environment that screams a mechanical coldness? No thanks!

Besides the rude staff rolling their eyes at people and blowing. Their food is getting worse. Either it's always wrong, cold, or takes 20mins to get one simple thing. Which is ridiculous. And now They took out the changing tables for babies in the restrooms.Like us parents don't have kids? Don't need to change their diapers? It's shitty at best.

McDonald's in jacksboro sucks and so does Rocky top got in trouble with probation for not having a job and paying the important bills I had to pay they said if I don't get a job I could be in serious trouble with them and see more jail time this is joy need McDonald's to rehire me or it won't look good on me this is joy
