Forgot my drink and had me pull forward to wait. Finally after 5 minutes, the girl brought it and just opened the window and as I got the drink she slammed the window. No straw and the drink was only half full. The burgers were cold and the fried were soggy.

Got lunch here today, everything was very fresh and hot, no complaints there! We ordered 2 ice coffees and the first one was awful so we went back through drive thru and got a different flavor, they were just as nasty, so we threw them away and gave up on the ice coffee, outside of that great food and great service!!!!

I ordered my food in the drive thru when I got home 5 minutes away they did not give me my Big Mac and the fries were cold. I went back up there to get my food corrected and they did not give me what I ordered which I didn't realize until I again got home. Now we have had to make three trips to this McDonald's to get what we payed for. If I pay 40 dollars for my food then it's expected that McDonald's provide the services it says it provides.

Two lines around the building the inside was packed. It took a good while to place and get my order. I ordered the crispy chicken deluxe the chicken was dry as a chip like it sit under a warmer all day and the fry although warm had no salt.
