My drink sat empty after it was delivered. I couldn't even get anyone's attention. Had to refill myself. Beef was tender with good flavor but the fried rice is pretty plain.

We love eating here whether it is done or takeout. Food is consistently good and the Yum Yum sauce is great. I like being able to call ahead and pick up my order on the way home.

I walked in and could see into the back area of restaurant Kitchen and it was nasty dirty and looked like they have not cleaned any of the grease off the walls from all the frying. I can see a fly strip hanging from the ceiling. In plain sight overtop where they are prepping food. I turned around and walked right back out.🤢🤮😳

Unfortunately the prices have increased and the service has decreased. One server was rude to customers (not us) because of being overwhelmed due to understaffing. (Understandable) but still want to point out. There was no soap in the bathroom which is unacceptable (hope there’s some in the kitchen) food was good but portions have also went down. Ninja use to be the to go spot and I still prefer them over competitors but servers shouldn’t have an attitude with customers just because your overwhelmed. My biggest complaint is the prices with lower portions. I understand things have went up but if your going to charge more make sure to keep the portions the same at the very least.

Food was less than expected. Spring rolls not much more than a pencil in diameter and about 2 and half inches long, nothing inside, just tightly rolled dough. $6 dollars for 2. The sushi roll was all rice and very little inside.

I hate to leave a bad review of a local business, but both my wife and I got sick immediately after eating here. We both had hibachi chicken, and the meat texture just wasn't right. The vegetables and rice were fine. Server was nice and prompt.

The food was OK. Mine had some cold spots in it, but the price is outrageous for two entrées and drinks $44. The service was horrible sat down at one of the only booths that they have and it was dirty. Had to request for them to clean it after she brought Our menus Asked for extra napkins after cleaning the table off from being wet never came. Don’t recommend save your money go elsewhere.
