I don't do reviews on here a lot, but I'm leaving this one because of how ridiculous the most recent one before this one is. A 2 star review over sauces? Wild.

We ALWAYS have a wonderful experience when our family orders from this Zaxby's. Everything is always fresh and delicious. The staff is always friendly and they rarely get it wrong. I'd give 10 stars if I could!

Just went through the drive thru for me and my grandson I asked for all ranch for my chicken and fried pickles got home with no sauce at all

Clean dining room and clean bathrooms each time I’ve dined in. The food is good and usually always fresh. Good salads and I appreciate the healthier option. However, portions are very inconsistent with fries and ESPECIALLY cheddar bites, which is really unfortunate with the prices being as high as they are.

I went into Zaxby's to order and asked the cashier what specials they have now. She looked clueless. I did get two of the $8 specials and they were horrible. Both dinners were luke warm at best. Both were literally swarming in sauce. Food was disgusting. Also, I didn't have any change except a $100 and the cashier had difficulties counting back my change. Unreal. My last visit. Totally wasted money. Garbage!! Wish I'd taken a pic of disgusting mess.

Great food people are the best especially the manager she was very nice. Went above and beyond to give us a great experience. If you are hungry for good food this is the place

The staff mixed my order up at the Jacksboro location, and then the blonde rudely handed me a boiled egg and a few bacon crumbs, thinking that made everything ok. I asked for grilled chicken but received scraps of grilled and fried. Please do some retrain at this location. My friend and I eat at Zaxbys weekly, but we will go to the Clinton location where they understand customer service.

Food used to be great here but tonight me and my family spent $50 on cold hard food. I did not complain cause it really looked like those girls were trying. It seems more of a management issue.
