Aliah is a fantastic server. Our drinks were never empty, was quick to attend to everything we needed before we asked and was great with the kids. Aliah has great customer service skills and would do great in management. The food was prepared exactly the way we ordered it and was delicious. We will definitely be back.

If I could give negative stars I would. HORRIBLE customer service!! I understand if you're busy, but when someone places an order well in advance and you give a time of when it will be completed, I shouldn't get there and wait an additional 15-20 minutes for that order. Especially when it was placed 30 minutes ago. Then to get an attitude with me because I don't appreciate the wait? Yea, J DAWG, your service is horrible and I hope no one else ever has to experience your lack of service.

We already love 731 and have lunch there mulitple times a week but tonight they went above and beyond!! Janice Ruiz and her team are the best!! Our boss was there for singo tonight celebrating his birthday incognito. I called and ask them to sing him happy birthday and gave a description she was the sweetest thing and hunted him down and Not only did her and her staff sing.. the whole bar did!! We appreciate you so much!

Went during trivia and half priced wing night. Very fun atmosphere, great staff. Food was out quickly, and the wings are huge. Highly recommend, especially for larger groups.
In a college town full of chain restaurants here is a refreshing stop. At 1:00 pm the service was fast and the food was hot. I can imagine it’s quite different at peak times. But if you’re a sports fan … This place is packed with television screens and I doubt there isn’t any place you can sit and not have a view of 7-8 screens. Enjoy.

I was all excited to sit down and have wings and a beer so I decided to go to 731 bar and grill. I walked in and went to the bar, the bartender looked really busy after a long wait I got up and walked out … simple as that!

I have tried about everywhere in Jackson and never thought of this place. Maybe because it's kinda hidden away or I haven't seen any advertisements for it before but it was really good. We got the smashville tator tots for an appetizer which was very good. We got an all American burger, shrimp tacos and 12 lemon pepper wings. All of the above were good.
