I read the review that was put on here by the guy named James and all I have to say is That some time a bad experience may just be you . Because I have never had a bad experience and I’m a regular customer. I eat at this restaurant at least three times a week. And every one yes including Jordan lee has always gone above and beyond.

Shift manager Jordan Lee, didn’t want to take our order, then when she did, she overcharged us, and when we asked for a refund she rolled her eyes at us. Poor service, and completely unacceptable behavior from a manager.

Went through drive thru no one was in line but me. They pulled me up and I waited 15 min still no order. Had to call inside and remind them of my order just to wait another 10 mins for food. Then they forgot drink so had to go back in and get that for me as well. Made no sense when I was the only customer!

Alayana needs to sit at home, she has the audacity to tel customer right on my face she is frustrated, because I asked her to remove the medium fries and add to the combo...
And believe me it's was Sunday evening 5pm and not even single flie other me n my family was there to place the order...
Plus she says to the other lady Jordan that she has vry low patience...
Well Arby's you guys need to hire people who are interested to work...
I had a small order a combo meal and one wrap, to take that order she got irritated.. whre in the first place I had to wait for this lady Alayana to come and take my order for 9mins nobody was present at the counter...
And I feel bad for arbys she never said sorry for behavior...
